Same day, after the convention
Your pov

"-and that's what happened" i said to Felix. The rest of the group was also there so they listened to the details they didn't know about. "that's rough, man" Felix said and the others just stayed quiet. "It's cool, i guess i deserved it for getting into a relationship so fast" Mark gave me a sad smile and i returned it.

After a while we all decided to go home. I saw everyone get into Marks car except Felix  "whats wrong?" I asked. "Nothing, i didn't rent a car, so I'm waiting for an uber" i shook my head "your uber's right here, get in, I'll take you to the hotel" he got in and showed me to the hotel he was staying at, it surprised me when it was the same one i was staying at, not that much though, Mark did recommend it to me, he must've done the same with Felix.

I told him i was staying there too and we talked while going in. We walked straight to the elevator when the lady at the desk nodded and waved at us. We got in and he pressed 4 while i pressed 6. We waited and the elevator stopped at the fourth floor. The doors opened and he walked out but turned back to me and held the doors open.

"We should hang out more, i feel like i don't even talk a lot" i nodded "you know what? Yeah, we should. I'm staying another four days before i can go home. We can hangout whenever you feel like it. Just text me" he smiled and agreed then said bye and let the doors close. The elevator went up to the sixth floor and the doors opened.

I walked out of the elevator and down the hallway,  i then stopped at the room i was staying in. I unlocked the door and walked in, it was quiet. I sighed and walked to the bedroom to see all of Erics stuff was gone, not surprising, i did tell him to leave.

I put my phone on the table beside the bed and sat down on the bed. I stared at the wall for what seemed like eternity. I laid down on the bed, my legs still hanging off the side.

"I give up" i said to no on. "Maybe i should just go back to being straight, girls are trying to get me to date them, yet i follow behind men like a lost puppy until i end up hurt." I groaned "life sucks"

I sat up when my phone rang. I looked at the contact 'Cheating bastard' and contemplated answering. I groaned once again but this time louder than the last and answered "what" it was simple and to the point "when will you be home? I still live here until my apartment is ready and i don't want to see your face" he's already back home? Wow, and he already got a new apartment. "Well i don't want to see you either so I'm just gonna stay here until you leave." "Great, I'm having company tonight anyway" "yeah, great, I'm sure the cops will love to keep you company, in other words, if you bring anyone into my house, i will call the police to have you kicked out" "you won't even know if i do have people in the house" "trust me, the little red dots hidden in the house will know" he just hung up

"Well great. Now i need a place to st-" i couldn't finish my sentence because i got a text. It was from Felix.

Felix

Hey, so I wanted to ask if you would be alright with going to (wherever) to hang out?

You

Yeah, sound great.

Felix

Cool...cool, see you at 12 tomorrow in the lobby

You

Okay.

I set the phone down and went to take a shower. After the shower i did my regular nightly routine and went to bed.
