Y/n: This is just normal talking.

Y/n: "This is thinking."

Y/n: This is talking in unison with someone else.

A car pulls up in front of a high school. First a dark-skinned, husky teenager with black spiked hair jumped out of the passenger seat. Then a (S/C) skinned teen with (H/C) hair jumped out the back right side seat. The woman who was driving the car turned her head to the two boys.

Woman: You boys remember our new address?

Spiked haired teen: Yes ma'am.

(H/C) haired teen: Yes Miss Miller.

Miss Miller: Alright. You two be careful and have a great day today.

(H/C) haired teen: Will do.

Spiked haired teen: Love you mom.

Miss Miller drove off, leaving the two teens on the pavement. They both turned to the school. The spiked haired teen gazed at the building with excitement while the (H/C) haired teen stared on with a casual smile.

Spiked haired teen: Y/n do you believe this!? We're here! In Metropolis! As students of Metropolis High!

Y/n: ...Uh-huh.

Spiked haired teen: Oh, come on. You can't tell me you're not even a little bit excited.

Y/n: Josh, all I see, is a normal high school.

Josh mumbled to himself.

Josh: Oh here we go.

Y/n: A normal high school, in a normal city, where I can proceed to live out my-

Josh: -Normal life.
Y/n: -Normal life.

Josh: Yeah yeah, everything is normal and that's the way you like.

Y/n: What wrong with that?

Josh: Y/n, you've been like this for years! And every time I ask what's wrong you say "I'm fine". Which we both know is a lie.

Y/n: Look, I just don't want my life to be the way it used to be.

Josh: Seven YEARS ago! C'mon, what's a little bit of excitement gonna do?

Y/n merely rolled his eyes when a car pulled up next to them, not paying any mind to them. Then a ginger haired girl with a purple hoodie with two pointed bat ears on the hood jumped out the back right side seat. The driver turned his head to girl.

Driver: Don't worry, pumpkin-pants, you'll find a new... clique.

The man drove off leaving the girl, staring at the school while Y/n and Josh watched the car go off into the distance.

Y/n: Clique?

Josh: Pumpkin-pants?

They both looked passed the girl and saw a blonde girl arguing with two people in the car that brought her here.

Blonde girl: I'm just saying I don't know why I'm being punished for something I didn't do.

Woman in car: And we hear you saying you "didn't do it," Kara. Let's reframe our thinking.

The blonde girl now know as Kara merely groaned with annoyance from the woman's statement.

Woman: Maybe a new school is less a punishment and more an adventure.
