Sooooo I found out that Prologue Part 1 takes like 40 minuets to read... Sorry about that. I'm just trying to make an interesting story. I'll try to make the chapters shorter.
Anyway, on with the story. ____________________________________________________________
It was now around 8:30 when Y/n and Josh were waiting just outside of the slums. Josh was pacing around while Y/n had his back laying on the side of a building. He was observing the Omnitrix, reminiscing about the six months he had with it when he was ten. Finally, Josh broke the silence with a groan.
Josh: Uuugh! What is taking her so long!
Y/n: Quiet. Someone might hear you.
Josh: Good. It'll give us something to do. I say you and I should just go in there and-
He was interrupted when they heard the hum of a motor. They saw a moped slowly coming to a stop. The headlight was shining in their eyes until the rider turned it off.
Babs: Hi guys! Ready to do this?
Y/n: Babs?
Babs: Shhh! Don't call me that when I'm wearing my suit.
Josh: Well what are we supposed to call you?
Babs: Uh, isn't it obvious?

Babs: I'm Batgirl.
Josh:... Like Batman?
Batgirl: Well, yeah.
Y/n: So you're Batman's sidekick.
Batgirl: No.
Y/n: But... you're calling yourself Batgirl.
Batgirl: Yeah.
Josh: So you're ripping off a hero that already exists.
Batgirl: What! No! I would never!... Although... Maybe I did... But, not on purpose!
Y/n: *sigh* It doesn't matter. Let's just take care of this and get this watch off. I'm starting to get flashbacks.
Josh: What kind of flashbacks?
Y/n: The "Getting my face smashed by an angry squid man" kind.
Y/n walked into the rundown neighborhood with Batgirl and Josh not far behind.
Batgirl: *whispers to Josh* Angry squid man?
Josh: *whispers back* Yeah, cool story, I'll tell you later.
As they walk through the slums, Y/n glanced around for anything suspicious. So far, nothing. Just old building that looked like they should have collapsed years ago. Josh on the other hand was cautiously looking around, darting his eyes from one direction to another.
Josh: Guys, I don't like the vibe I'm getting right now. I feel like we're about to get jumped at any second.
