This book is written in 5 different phases that I've realised personally and seeing people around me go through. For a person like me who is constantly overthinking and second guessing myself, I find Solace in writing. Honestly I feel very venerable to show this side of me as I'm usually very reserved but it gets to a point where you're on verge of bursting and need someone to listen to you.
