Once i get out the shower i notice all the boys are still here and walk out to the living room to see what there doing. "Just in time Briley" i give a confused look to Trevon, "what are we doing" Trevon laughs "Scary movie night are you joining" i start to walk away as malik runs up to me and put his hands around my waste there burning warm and it feels tingly "come watch it with us" he whispers in my ear. i nod and we make our way to the couch. as the movie begins i jump and the boys laugh derick leans over if you need to hold my hand you can. i look at him and laugh but then look at malik whos deep in the movie and shake my head. Half way throu the movie maliks arm is around me.

*knock knock* we all jump at the loud knocking at the door i grab malik harder afraid of what is out there. Deshawn gets up and looks throu the peep hole" then opens the door "Andre you scared all of us beyond belief!" Andre shakes his head and walks in with his daughter "why was the door locked! where is mom this is  an emergency lock the door right now." everyone gives him a confused look. "briley will you talk Crystal in the room with you and lock the door take a few of the boys to and everyone get out of the living room" i pick up Crystal quickly and run to my room with Malik and the twins closely behind. Deshawn fallows Andre to there parents room. As soon as we are in the room we here another knock at the door along with lights flashing down the alley. i look at the twins and malik they're looking out my window. Crystals crying so i try to hush her and get her quite "honey its gonna be okay" i whisper not even believing myself "Guy's whats going on" i stutter. Briley its okay its just this crazy dude who wants Crystal and is always targeting my brother the police are here now it will be okay theres nothing to worry about.. He's just the neighborhood pedophile" i nod my head and swallow hard. what have my parents gotten me into this time i wonder. soon Andre comes in the room and explains everything and i feel relief as he takes Crystal out of my hands. the boys all filter out of my room besides Terrel "if your scared i will stay in here with you" im okay" i nod as he walks out of the room. 

*  as i walk into my English class Thomas pulls a seat up next to me. "Sorry for being yesterday and cutting you off its just a hard topic to talk about and it triggers alot of things i try to put behind me" i nod as i pull out my essay "its okay" i say simply as Mrs.T begins talking we all get our assignments out. Mrs. T calls me and Thomas to the front to present. i get nervous not realizing we hade to present this to the class. then see smiles okay so we are going to do this differently this time tell me one thing you learned about your partner. Thomas begins " i have learned that Briley has come to our school for Heaven Valley heights because her parents are in the mist of getting a divorce." i nod and look at the floor how could he tell everyone thats personal . "okay briley your turn" i look up at the class " i have learned my partner thomas had been through alot in his life and that his mother and farther are both absent in his life" everyone claps as we return to our seat. once the class bell rings i quickly get up tuck my hair behind my ear and walk out the class room qucikly bumping into  trevon an he looks at me " in a hurry" i look up "i guess so" he lightly grabs me by my arm "Briley whats wrong?" i shake my head "i just dont feel good" he looks at me "i know a place we can go if you want to get out of here for a bit maybe come back at lunch we can get Andre to come check us out he wont tell mom"  i nod and fallow Trevon
