The ride to the Titans Tower was long and difficult for Jason. He had to deal with cradling her to his chest, the blankets he wrapped around her frame unable to keep her frost from spreading across him. He found it increasingly difficult to steer his motorcycle as his entire body shook but he could only imagine what she was going through at that moment and that gave him the drive to get all the way to the building.

He yelled for someone to open up for him, worry in his eyes as he glanced down at Emily every few seconds. "Open up, dammit! I need- she needs your help, guys, please!"

Garfield was the first to check what was the cause of the alarm that went off that revealed someone was trying to break in. He took a sip from his mug, assuming it was the old lady who often confused their building with her apartment building for some reason. He was prepared to tell her over the intercom that she was at the wrong place but his eyebrows arched when he noticed Jason standing there with what looked like a duffel bag in his arms.

"Huh," he mumbled, taking another sip of his hot chocolate. Rachel rose an eyebrow and walked over to him, shoving her hands into the pockets of her black jeans. She had a few black chains around her neck, wearing an asymmetrical purple crop top with a black tank top underneath to cover her stomach. She placed a hand on Gar's shoulder and glanced at the small screen he was gazing, her eyebrows furrowed when she saw Jason. Her eyes immediately darted to the blanket when she noticed movement and she gasped when she saw a hand hang limply out of it.

"Gar, let them in! Quick!" Gar glanced at her, confused but did as she asked, his eyes wide when he noticed the freaking arm hanging out of Jason's duffel bag. The room's temperature seemed to drop but if either of the perplexed teens noticed, they didn't say anything as they stared curiously at Jason.

"Uh... Dude... It's nice to see you again but I've got to ask, is that a dead body?" When Jason didn't respond immediately, Gar moved close and hesitantly touched the forehead of the girl in Jason's arms, flinching when the back of his hand was coated in thick ice. He blinked twice and looked up at Jason, gaping at him. "You found another super? That's so cool! Does that mean both of you are joining the Titans cos your old room is still available and there are a lot more in the building-"

"He's in the training room," Rachel said softly, cutting Garfield off. She could tell that the girl in his arms needed help and Dick was the smartest person she knew, she was sure he would figure it out. A sheepish smile graced Gar's face when he realised he had ranted without actually noticing there was something gravely wrong but Rachel patted his arm twice as she walked past him.

"Don't apologise. It isn't your fault now let's go see what happens," she said, tugging his wrist so they could follow Jason together. The door slid open and Dick pulled away from Kory incredibly quickly, clearing his throat instead of facing the person who had walked in. He assumed it was Hank because he had asked the guy to spar with him a bit but he never expected him to agree to it.

"We were training so don't say a word, Hank-" he noticed the amused smile on Kory's face had receded completely and she shook her head at him, concern in her eyes as she gazed at whoever had interrupted their little make-out session.

"It isn't Hank, Dick." He turned around and rose an eyebrow once he heard Jason's voice, his eyebrows furrowed when he saw the arm hanging limply from what seemed like a mass of blankets.

"So, what? You don't show your face for two months, then you expect me to help you cover up killing someone?"

"She- she's alive." Dick and Kory rushed towards her, worry clouding everyone's features. Jason carried her to the ward and lay her on the hospital bed there, rubbing his arms and chest to return the warmth to them even though they felt completely numb.
