Chapter Three

Seth's POV

I looked at Roman and Jamal who both looked stressed about something. 

"I can't believe we let the damn lynx go" Roman said. 

I quickly caught my breath at the sentence. 

They looked at me. 

"Seth you okay" Jamal asked raising an eyebrow up at me. 

"Yeah" I said. 

They looked at me confused before walking away. 

I rushed upstairs and saw Selena talking to Dean with bandages wrapped around her ribs. 

"Are you okay now" I asked her. 

"Just a little fractured" she replied. 

We took her to our pack doctor, Patricia, Roman's mom and Jamal's adoptive mom. 

We did reveal our secret to Patricia but we do trust her not to tell anyone else. 

"My inner animal should heal them soon" she said smiling. 

Adam walked into the room and sat down on the other side of Selena. 

"Can I talk to her alone" he asked us. 

Me and Dean looked at Selena who gave us the go ahead. 

Selena's POV

"Hey Selena" Adam said. 

"Hey" I said. 

"I hope your ribs are okay" he said. 

"Yeah, just a little fracture" I replied. 

He placed his hand on mine. 

All of a sudden I heard my sister's screams. 

"I'm sorry Adam, I have to go" I said nervously. 

"Why, what's wrong" he asked. 

I quickly stood up and he followed after me. 

"M-my sister is in t-trouble" I stuttered out. 

"Let's go save her" he said. 

I looked at him with shock. 

He grabbed my hand and we rushed downstairs. 

"What's wrong" Dean quickly asked. 

"Her sister is in trouble" Adam replied. 

He grabbed a bag with Dean and Seth following behind him. 

We ran outside and I tried to mind connect with my little sister, Natalie. 

Natalie, are you okay?

Help me Natalie!

Where are you?!?

Near the dock

"She's by the dock" I yelled to the guys. 

Maya are you ready?

Hell yeah!

I looked back at the guys who were already in their wolf forms after hiding their bags behind bushes.

I changed into my lynx form and starting running. 

We ran to the dock to see three wolves hovering over my sister who was shaking badly. 

Adam, Seth,  and Dean attacked the wolves and I rushed over to Natalie. 

I checked her body for any bleeding. 

"I'm okay, Selena" she said. 

"Let's go guys" I said after they finished attacking the wolves. 

We ran to their pack house and the guys changed into their clothes. 

"Thank you guys" I said hugging them all. 

"You're welcome" they said. 

"Well, well, well" a deep voice was heard from the stairs. 

"Oh shit" Dean muttered under his breath. 

We looked at the person standing on the stairs. 

"Roman" Seth said. 

"Who's this" Roman asked pointing at me and Natalie. 

"She's my mate and this is her little sister" Adam said shocking everyone in the room. 

"I'm Selena, and this is Natalie" I said to the tall samoan in front of us. 

"Nice to meet you" he said shaking my hand. 

Wow. 

That was easy.
