The main thing that the event taken place 10 years between the Sigma's Battle with Zero (from the flashback of Mega Man X4) the event of The Day of Sigma (OVA of Maverick Hunter X).
I also took some influence from manga of Mega Man X which includes the exclusive characters and some of the canon characters backstories.
The first Reploid that was created was Dr. Doppler due to fact that the manga said their old friends and colleagues.
Dr. Doppler's assistant from concept appeared and I dubbed her Ashisutanto (Japanese from assistant).
Teal is Storm Eagle's girlfriend in this headcanon story and she will be the key of him becoming a tragic Maverick.
The 1st ever Maverick was Pierrot, the second was Raigyan Beta, and third one was Dinko Soda which he have an army which cause the creation of the Maverick Hunters.
Mac is Sigma's protégé and know he's a Maverick but didn't tell as he want to be more like him.
Marth was friend to X but later try to befriended Penguin as many Reploid don't take him seriously due to his animal-based appearance.
Boy, Bukeno, Easy, and Heel are called Rescue Team.
Heel sorta serve as the enemy of Vile.
Vile will gain his red eye and his trademark helmet when meet Heel, is sorta like a combination of Magneto from First Class and Infinite from Sonic Force.
Sigma gather and form the Four-ocious as a prototype team as they were meant to be replaced.
Marty still have a crush on X and idealized the 6th Armada Unit which she hope to joined.
Reploids who are already Hunters beside X, Zero, and Sigma are Blast Hornet, Magna Centipede, Magma Dragoon, and Storm Owl.
Storm Owl is a semi-retire Maverick Hunter leader of the 7th Airborne Unit and mentor of Eagle, Ostrich, and Teal which he see them as his own childrens and hope to give either his two students a chance to his successor of the 7th Airborne Unit.
Web Spider is a semi-retire Maverick Hunter commander of 0th Special Unit (Shinobi) and mentor of Zero, Centipede, and Hornet which he gave it to Zero when he retired.
Magma Dragoon was the mentor of Kuwanger, Beetle, and Stag as he view them as powerful Reploids
RiCO was added in as she will be Kuwanger's girlfriend and give him the shorten name Boomer.
Many of the original Mavericks along with Vile have their classic design from Mega Man X (1993) then later in the years have their Maverick Hunter X (2005) design as their matured appearance.
Dr. Doppler help to create the machine that Dr. Cain used in Maverick Hunter X to live longer.
Blast Hornet was a thug until he met Zero, it similar to his manga counterpart except the Hornet joined 3 years before Sigma's Uprising in the rising, my version he joined after Zero first mission as a Maverick Hunter.
Both Kuwanger and Eagle sorta become rivals due to different leader, however they mostly got from Dragoon and Owl who sorta have a brother-like bonds.
