On Tour (Pentatonix)

Chapter 23

(Scott's POV)

We went next door to Mitch and Kirstie's room. I knocked.

"Just coming!" Mitch said. He opened the door and he was wearing a tux as well. Then Kirstie came to the door she was wearing a plain black pencil dress with silver shoes.

"Let's go get Kevin and Avi!" Kirstie said locking the door. We got them and surprise, surprise they were wearing tux's as well.

"You look beautiful!" Mitch said.

"Aww, thank you!" Annabeth said. We got a taxi to a fancy restaurant that Kirstie picked out. We sat down in a circle, but I was beside Annabeth. We ordered our food and started to talk.

"Have you ever heard from your brother?" Mitch asked.

"No, but he was the one who walked out after my other brother died!" She said.

"Guys I can't wait until the Ellen show!" Kevin said on a happier note.

"Same, what song are we doing?" I asked.

"What about Natural Disaster?" Avi asked.

"Sure!" Annabeth said. We all laughed.

"What's so funny?" She asked.

"Your turning into one of us!" I said. She then joined in laughing. Kirstie and Annabeth went to wash up.

(Annabeth's POV)

We went to the bathroom to wash up before dinner.

"So, how's your birthday been?" Kirstie asked me.

"The best birthday ever!" I said.

"Later on, their's something planned!" She said walking out. Another surprise!!! I walked out and the food was there. I sat down and began to eat some kind of pasta dish. It was delicious. We talked some more and had dessert.

"Can I have the bill please!" Scott said. The bill came and I reached for it, but Kirstie took it off, me. Then Mitch stole it from Kirstie, Avi stole it from Mitch, Kevin stole it form Avi, then Scott stole it from Avi. They all made a pouty face. Scott payed and we left, and they all came up into our room.

"Presents!" Kirstie shouted. She went away with Kevin and they brought back bags.

"Me first!" Kirstie said. She handed me two parcels. I opened one, it was an IPod!!!!!

"No way!" I said. I then opened an other one and it was $100 worth of ITunes vouchers!

"Thank you so much!" I said hugging her.

"Here!" Avi also gave me two parcels. I opened one and it was a brand new designer handbag. I opened the other one it was my favourite perfume of all time!

"Thanks Avi!" I said hugging him. Then Kevin gave me a parcel, it was a voucher for a spa day out with one other person.

"Awww thanks!" I hugged him as well.

"Open mine, open mine!" Mitch chanted. I opened his and it was a black and white designer dress. Then a pair of doc martins, with Pentatonix along the side.

"Thank you!" I kissed his cheek. I turned around and Scott was standing there with a little bag.

"Here!" He said and then quickly sat down. I opened it and gasped. It was the purple diamond ring and necklace that I seen in that jewellers window!

"Uhh Scott!" I said, I ran over and hugged him, I practically jumped on him.

"This is amazing!" I said whipping a few tears away.

"Why you crying?" He asked me.

"I'm just so happy!" I said laughing.

"We all chipped in for two other presents, we will tell you one and Scott will tell you the other one later!" Kirstie said, she gidded me over to sit down on the bed. They all stood in front of me in a row.

"We had an idea and we all agreed!" Kirstie said.

"We thought, that you could join us forever, but we can't do that!" Kevin said.

"Understandably!" I said.

"So we thought, you could be with us at every rehearsal and feature in a few video's, only if your up for it?" Mitch said. I was shocked.

"Emmm, OF COURSE!" I screamed, Kirstie ran over and hugged me.

"The second thing, Scott will tell you once we leave!" Kirstie said. I ran over and hugged them all again plus thanked them. They left and I tried on my ring, perfect fit.

"Scott, can you help me put on my necklace please!" I said to him. He came through and put my hair to one side and put it on.

"I need to tell you this suprsise!" He took my hand and sat me down on the bed.

"We have been doing research and we know where your brother is!" Scott said, my grin fell. They found my brother.

"How?" I asked trying not to cry. All my life I have grown up without anyone why would I want to meet him now?

"Actually he got in contact with us, he seen you on the TV and recognized you!" He said. "We said we would need to ask you if you want to meet him or not?" My heart started to race, meet him, I need to make a decision. I feel like I want to scream, I need to go for a walk before I burst into tears.

"I need to go!" I said grabbing a jacket and heading outside, I tried to run in high heels but I kept on tripping. So I just took them off, and ran in bare feet. I could hear Scott calling my name, I can't go back for a while now.

(Scott's POV)

Annabeth's gone, what do I do?!

"Kirstie!!" I banged on her door.

"What's wrong?" She asked coming to the door, it look's like everyone is in there.

"She ran, once I told her!" I said.

"You need to leave her to cool down, it's a lot to take in!" Kirstie said pulling me in her room. But I couldn't just leave her.

"Guys, you do know I was going to ask her out tonight!" I said looking at the floor. Kirstie gasped.

"Really!" Mitch said. "We thought you were never going to do it" I chuckled. I looked at my phone and it was midnight.

"I need to go to bed, I'm so tired!" I said yawning.

"Don't worry Annabeth will come back" Kevin said patting me on my shoulder. I walked back to my room and took off my suit so I only had my boxers on. I turned the light off and fell asleep.

I woke up because I could hear a door opening and closing. I couldn't be bothered to open my eyes so, I just lay there and listened. Two minutes later I could feel someone curried up on my chest, Annabeth. I then felt tears on my chest, I just pulled her closer and held her. We fell asleep like that.
