Chapter 2
I had to help Harry, Louis, and Niall unpack. And by “helping” I mostly just put everything away while they watched me. I was getting worried about my friends. It was awfully quiet downstairs. Too quiet. I had finally finished up with the boys and I rushed downstairs to check on the girls. Harry, Liam, Niall, and Zayn followed me. When I got to the living room I found Belle on the ground and Collie and Alex sitting on her.
“What are you doing?” I ask them.
“I’m dolphin!” Belle screamed.
“That’s… nice?” I said. “So uh why are you guys sitting on Belle?” I ask.
“Well she pushed me so we started wrestling. I pinned her down and asked Collie to help me keep her down,” Alex explained. Collie nodded.
“And what were you doing during this?” I ask Sabrina.
“What?” she asks looking up from her phone. I rolled my eyes. She had probably been texting her boyfriend Zeke Lions.
“Sabrina you’re supposed to be the responsible one,” I tell her.
“Yeah, yeah,” she said waving her hand dismissively. I rolled my eyes again. Suddenly Collie squealed. Belle had pushed them off of her and jumped on Alex. They started wrestling on the floor. They did this all the time. It really wasn’t anything new. They fought all the time yet they were best mates. It was weird but that was just how their friendship worked, I guess. Belle had Alex pinned in a matter of seconds.
“Alright, okay I give,” Alex said. Belle smiled.
“Victory!” Belle cheered getting off of Alex.
“Next time,” Alex promised her. Belle smoothed down her hair and readjusted her hat.
“I honestly don’t understand how you two have stayed friends for five years,” Sabrina says.
“Oh sure we fight a lot but we still love each other,” Alex shrugged.
“We love each other most of the time,” Belle muttered. Sabrina went back to texting. I finally reached over and grabbed her phone.
“Hey,” she protested.
“Hay’s for horses,” I tell her smirking. She bit my hand.
“Ouch,” I say. She makes a face.
“Gross what’s on your hands?”
“Hand sanitizer,” I answer. She makes another face and tries to get the taste out of her mouth. She wipes her mouth on the first thing she sees. This also happened to be Collie’s leg. She rubbed her mouth off on Collie’s jeans.
