Aizawa POV
I open the door to the roof and close it quietly. I walk over towards the edge, only to be met with yet another kid. Great, just when I thought today was the day..
I call out to the kid, "Hey, get away from the edge!" They turn back towards me and smile sadly.
"Why?" I ask softly, looking at Shinsou. It hurt to see someone who was basically my son, standing there at the edge, ready to kill themselves. "I should probably explain, Aizawa Sensei."
"You've probably heard it before though. Everyone here just ignores me. Everyone here steals my ideas for being a hero. Nobody wants me here. I don't fit in with anyone here. Not with my quirk." he states while looking ready to completely break down.
"Are you kidding? You are wanted! You have friends here! I want you here. Midoriya wants you here." I said, mumbling the last part since even saying his name hurts. "How do you know?" he asks with hurt clear as day in his voice.
"Because, Shinsou. He tried so hard to finally have you agree to being friends with him. No matter how much you turned him down. I know he sees the same potential in you as I do. And there isn't such thing as a villainous quirk. You choose who you want to be." I said meaning every word. He just broke and laughed right into my arms.
He started sobbing heavily into my chest, every sob hurting me even deeper. He clung onto my shirt like if he let go, I would disappear. I just hold him close and comfort him.
"Shh. I right here kid." I muttered sweet nothings into his ear. He was soaking my shirt but I didn't care all that much.
After a good half hour, his sobs subsided into small sniffles. I pull away slightly and look at him. "Are you okay now?"
He hesitates before nodding.
"Yeah. I am. Thanks Dadzawa." he muttered. I just shake my head while wrapping an arm around his shoulders. "Want to visit Midoriya with me and Mic?" I asked. He looked at me before nodding. I smile and we leave the roof.
I guess not today either..

I forgot to mention this, but Izuku got taken instead of Bakugo and Tokoyami at the attack at that camp.
He already had really bad injuries from saving Kota, but he had ended up saving Bakugo in time, only to be caught himself.
