"So, which guy is lanque?" You ask, looking out to the sea of possibly hundreds of teenage boys. "-its him. there." She said, pointing to a tall boy on the other side of the living room. Your eyes followed her finger, meeting the eyes of a tall boy in a white button up dress shirt, with an undone tie and a blazer draped over his shoulders. You suddenly understood why Lynera looked so flustered over this guy. He was hot as fuck. He smirked at you when he noticed your gaze, starting to push past all the psycho teens and walk over to you and Lynera. You looked back to Lynera, who was freaking out "-!!!OH MY GOG (Y/N) HE'S WALKING OVER HERE!!!" She yelled, her face going bright jade again. You shook your head at her overreaction to such a simple thing, wondering how she even managed to befriend such a...provocative guy. "Lyn, calm the fuck down, he's just a dude. You know him." You mumbled, crossing your arms. "-right..right you're so right. i don't know what i was getting so worked up about." she said, sighing deeply and fixing her eyes to the ground. "lynera! i didn't think you Would make it." A males voice said, you looked up at him, meeting the gaze of none other than, lanque. Lynera looked up at him as well, her composure going completely out the window once again. "-!!! LANQUE !!!" She yelled, throwing her hands up in the air. "of course i made it, i said I would" she said, a nervous smile plastered on her face. He gave a sly smile back in return, pulling her closer to where he was standing and snaking an arm around her waist. "and Who might you be?" He asked, looking at you with glossy eyes and smirking. "(Y/N). It's a pleasure to meet you." You said, blushing softly. 'holy fucking shit he's hot' you thought to yourself. He bit his lip, eyeing you up and down. "so (Y/N)...Why do you look like that?" He asked, his gaze going back to meeting yours. "I should've expected this question. I'm not from alternia, i'm a human" you told him, biting your lip. "oh? i haVe neVer met a human before" he smirked, chuckling. "you look strange. but intriguing." he said. You felt your cheeks heat up more at his words, was he attracted to you already? I mean, you weren't one to judge, but he did seem to have a "thing" with lynera. as you thought that, his arm left lynera's waist. If you looked hard enough at lynera's face, you could see a twinge of disappointment in her eyes, but you were more focused on the hot troll in front of you who had obviously taken a liking to you. "Well lynera im impressed." He started, "i didn't think you Were able to make any friends." He laughed, holding his hand up to his mouth. Lynera looked a bit hurt by his comment, but she kept her mouth shut. "silent hm? Well you aren't so silent When you're spreading lies about me behind my back. not that i care about the opinion of a dirty skank, but you could at least have the courage to man up and trash talk me to my own face" he said, somehow keeping a bored expression while doing all that shit talking. At this point lynera had tears in her eyes, threatening to fall at any moment. The sight of her like that pained you. Everything he said about her couldn't be true, could it? Lynera was too sweet to ever think about doing something like that...right? You were just about to defend her when she just flat out ran away out the front door of the hive. You felt terrible about letting that happen, and almost left to chase after her, until you felt a hand on your chin, pulling your face to meet lanque's once again. He smirked, staring into your eyes as he snaked his hand behind your back, pulling you closer to him. "noW that she's gone, We can finally talk one on one." he said, smirking. You nodded, completely okay with the fact that you had lanque all to yourself now. "hoW about We moVe this conVersation to someWhere a little more...priVate" he said.
