Operator report: Alpha 1-1 / 17
Name: James Micheal "Micheal"
Status: [Deseased]
James Micheal was the foundation's most senior operator until meeting his demise in research site 174. Alpha 1-1 was found inside a military detention center aboard military installation [REDACTED]. He was sentenced to death after refusing the order to terminate a small village off the coast of [REDACTED]. His actions led to a hostile confrontation with his commanding officer which ended with the termination of his CO by his own hand. Alpha 1-1's history in battle was duly noted for his excellent display of leadership abilities and capability to successfully return from near-impossible missions with zero casualties, making him a prime candidate to the foundations use. After recruitment to the foundation's operation wing, Alpha 1-1 continued to exceed the foundation's standards and passed all physical and academic tests with perfect scores. Immediately putting him in the position as leader of task force Alpha team one. Alpha 1-1 was responsible for the successful outcomes of 10 consecutive missions over the course of 4 years before ultimately being terminated by Entity 141-1 created by entity 141 during his final assignment. During his service, he has successfully contained 4 Anomalies and terminated 8 extremely dangerous and world-threatening entities. Alpha 1-1 has also participated in the extermination of 2 separate gore nests created by entity 386. Video evidence supports that during his final assignment, Alpha 1-1 discovered the location of an active gateway which has been confirmed to have been closed by Alpha 1-4.
During recovery operations, Alpha 1-1 was discovered on the 32nd floor of site 174. His corpse was found buried under multiple mutilated corpses that appear to be multiple creations of entity 141. Roughly 25 corpses were found surrounding Alpha 1-1 along with numerous weapons and spent shell casings. Multiple wounds could be found throughout the body as well as, two immense stakes impaling Alpha 1-1 through his abdomen and left pectoral which was determined to be the main cause of death. The two stakes appeared to be made entirely of human bone and were believed to come from one of the reanimated entities surrounding Alpha 1-1. With the statement provided by Alpha 1-4, It is believed Alpha 1-1 willingly stayed behind to provide a distraction for Alpha 1-3 & 1-4 in which ultimately resulted in his termination. His selfless sacrifice aided in the successful extraction of Alpha 1-4 along with a sample of entity 141. Alpha 1-1's remains have been collected by the hazmat unit 3-3 and turned over for incineration.
For the purpose of future evaluations, Alpha 1-1 will be maintained on file as a reference to consider future candidates. It is crucial for the foundation to locate any candidates that meet or exceed the same degree of effectiveness as Alpha 1-1. Video footage from Alpha 1-1 will also be maintained on file to reference information on any anomalies that alpha 1-1 has come into contact with. Specific footage will be used in training operations for newer operators to further develop decision-making skills and coordination methods. Any relatives or significant non-Foundation personnel in relation to Alpha 1-1 have been reported by [REDACTED] to be currently unaware of his passing. Persons of interest will continue to be under minimal surveillance until further notice. End of report.
