Vicari Delgado, also known as Alpha 1-4, was once a weapons specialist employed by the Foundation, attached to task force Alpha team one. Originally a weapons designer for the United States military, Alpha 1-4 displayed an unusual interest in firearms and explosive ordinance. Starting out as a simple gunsmith in a small-time gun store located in [REDACTED]. He spent most of his time modifying and creating new or improved weaponry by combining an assortment of gun parts and illegal weapon modifications. His talents would eventually lead to his employment with [REDACTED] as a weapons designer for the United States military. During this time, Alpha 1-4 has developed multiple demolition weapons and experimental rail cannons that were determined to be crucial to the foundation's use. An informer inside [REDACTED] informed the foundation of Alpha 1-4 and his success in developing advanced weaponry. Taskforce Bravo team 4 was sent to contain Alpha 1-4 inside his residence and secure the perimeter until ACF staff arrived to question Alpha 1-4. During this time, The foundation offered Alpha 1-4 employment inside weapons development and testing, to which he accepted without hesitation. After a year of service, Alpha 1-4 was responsible for the creation of over 70 experimental weapons including weapons such as the EHMG and 40mm Burrow grenade. Alpha 1-4 soon requested to join the operations wing in order to conduct field testings given the opportunity. The foundation accepted his request and transferred Alpha 1-4 to task force Alpha team 1.

During this time, Alpha 1-4 has assisted in the success of 10 missions resulting in the containment of 4 anomalies and the termination of 8 extremely dangerous, world-threatening entities. Alpha 1-4 has also participated in the destruction of 2 separate gore nests created by Entity 386. During this time Alpha 1-4 had successfully tested and weaponized fully functioning portable rail canons, self-targeting missiles, plasma rifles, and explosive tip rifle rounds. With Alpha 1-4, the foundation's lethality and destruction capabilities have no doubt since increased, resulting in a higher success rate in the termination of hostile anomalous entities that threaten the existence of humanity. After reviewing the video feed of Alpha 1-4's helmet camera, it is confirmed that 1-4's statement of the events that transpired inside 174 is accurate. The video feed confirms Alpha 1-4 came into contact with Entity 141 & Entity 141-1. Unfortunately, the video feed becomes distorted and corrupted once Alpha 1-4 enters through the discovery gateway. Though the feed is corrupted, some images of Alpha 1-4's feed suggest that Alpha 1-4 entered dimension 439 and came into contact with multiple known and unknown entities. According to Alpha 1-4 statement, He came into contact with an unknown entity that appears as an ordinary torso of a mannequin mounted on a single metal stand. Per Alpha 1-4's description, this entity can shapeshift at will when not in direct line of sight. This entity can choose to be hostile or passive and can disappear or change positions when not in direct line of sight, suggesting that it's mobile. This entity will require further study. During Alpha 1-4's interaction with this entity, Alpha 1-4 describes being telepathically altered by the entity in order to understand an unknown language. This resulted in Alpha 1-4 possessing the knowledge to successfully close the gateway before other forms of Entity 141 invaded site 174. After the foundation discovered this information, Alpha 1-4 has since undergone multiple brain scans and phycological evaluations to determine any changes in behavior. Alpha 1-4 is able to recall the images he saw and provide a written example of this language. While writing the language, Alpha 1-4 appears to enter a state of dementia, Repeating a sequence of numbers over and over again until brought back to his senses by external means. Unfortunately, the foundation staff is unable to match this mysterious language with any known languages inside the database. And the numbers 24, 12, 16 repeated by Alpha 1-4 don't appear to be related to any known methods or languages inside the database. The Foundations council members have determined to classify Alpha 1-4 as an anomalous entity, and that he be kept in containment, outside the foundation.

After the council ordered an order of containment for Alpha 1-4, he was injected with Amnesi-x and given an identity that he is currently unaware is false. Alpha 1-4 was then transported to Alaska under heavy anesthesia, where he awoke inside a secluded cabin house that he believes belongs to him. ACF scientist Dr. [REDACTED] is currently acting as Alpha 1-4's spouse and keeping him under surveillance with regular updates to the foundation. Alpha 1-4 is currently unaware of his spouse's employment to the foundation and displays no suspicion of his past due to being told a false story of being in a severe accident resulting in his amnesia. Alpha 1-4 has no memory of his assignments with the ACF but would regularly hold a conversation with his spouse about 4 mysterious men that he frequently dreams about. He describes these men in a soldier like appearance similar to AFC operators. Dr. [REDACTED] successfully convinces Alpha 1-4 to think nothing of these images and continue living as normal. In the event Alpha 1-4 recalls any personnel or experiences he's had with the foundation,  Dr. [REDACTED] Has been instructed to sedate Alpha 1-4 and administer a small dose of Amnisi-x, then report the incident or any incident(s) that may suspect Alpha 1-4 of remembering any personnel or experiences he's had with the foundation. While Alpha 1-4 still functions normally among  the civilian populace, any relatives and non-foundation personnel are still unaware of Alpha 1-4's existence and are still under the impression his death was caused by a fatal plane crash 4 years ago. These individuals are to be monitored normally and kept away from Alpha 1-4 at all costs. If any of these individuals migrate to Alaska, it is to be reported to the foundation immediately. Alpha 1-4's file will be filed under Entity 444 and labeled as such until further notice. Dr. [REDACTED] will continue to update the foundation of any further activities involving Alpha 1-4.
