Yo.
BonjourJecko here and this is my first try here in Wattpad. I don't know if it will be successful or whatever, but writing 'The Reunion' was fun for me so I think I'll get to finish this novel nevertheless.
Under the topic of "a love long lost", you may find the story of Roland and Joey cliché but also relatable. I hope you enjoy reading through their past, present and their subsequent future which will largely base on what will happen in their reunion.
'The Reunion' is, above all else, a BL novel and I hope y'all are comfortable with reading LGBT themed literature. My hashtags pretty much say it all. The novel itself, while portraying people in their mid-30's, will barely show sexual content (therefore I'm not placing it under 'Mature' category) and will try to address some real issues that concern the LGBT community up to this day.
I am also working hard on giving the side characters their own stories so I hope that they, too, will spark your interests.
To note, the entire novel is written in a mix of Tagalog and English, wherein the English parts are mainly the thoughts of the first person/writer and the Tagalog parts include the conversations and familiar daily language.
As this is my first published novel, I would like to encourage everyone to leave some constructive comments on my board for the betterment of my writing.
