ADDISONS P.O.V

"Hey, addy" a voice croaked, it was a shell of what I remembered but it was him

"Leto?" I asked spinning on my heels. The tall man stood tall, seemingly happy. He nodded and smiled.

"It's been a while" he smiled, a dimple popping up on his left cheek.

"Yeah, only about... what was it, 3 years?" I said, tightly squeezing my boyfriends hand. He kissed my head reassuringly.

"Yeah. I've got a kid now." He said, and I frowned.

"I thought you had two..." he glanced at the floor, biting his worn lips.

"Yeah. Car-Carter's kid... Carter's kid was a stillborn" his voice cracked, like he'd been bearing the weight since the day he was born.

"I'm so sorry. Why are you here?" I asked, resting my head on my boyfriends arm. Leto smiled.

"I'm here to ask you to come to my wedding, I'd have sent Carter, but he got caught in an emergency." He smirked the wry smile I'd known him for.

"Congratulations to you and him, whens the wedding?" I asked, looking up at Sams face, he rolled his blue eyes and nodded. Leto peered at his watch.

"In about... 1 hour?" He said, adjusting the bowtie I only just realised he was wearing. I swear my eyes popped out of my head.

"You what?"

CARTERS P.O.V

I rushed over to the mirror, double checking my white tux.

"Carter, take deep breaths ok? He's not going to be late!" My mum reassured me, patting my shoulder. "You've been through so much, he loves you to the ends of the earth, there's nothing you two wouldn't do for each other. So relax!" She smiled, pulling me in for a hug.

"I know ma I know. But what if-"

"No! No what ifs! He will turn up!" She span me back around and sat me on a chair.

"My boy, you're spiralling. He has done bad things, but he loves you. Wants to be with you. Nothing else could possibly matter now." She looked at me and I nodded. She leaned back in her chair.

"I can't wait to marry him ma"

"I know, my son, I know."

Ok! So the next chapter will be the last of this book. There will be a CarterxLeto book soon, explaining what happened in the last three years, as well as a book called finding light which will be for Sam and Addison. (Again set in the last three years)
