That night I couldn't sleep I wasn't sure if Jayson had survived the shot from the gun or if they got to safety. the last thing I had remembered was me screaming and then waking up in Gorsous quarters on his bed.

I rolled over it had already been an hour since I had been locked in this room and from the looks of it, it was already late at night. The light from the moon perfectly entered into the captain's Quarters so that a map of the continents would show through the window and onto the floor.

It was beautiful but it also creeped me out a little. I got out of bed and pulled my boots off. It was defiantly a pirate thing to leave me in bed with all my clothes on. My sword was missing though so they didn't miss that at least.

I pulled off the overcoat and slipped my belt off. I was waiting for someone to tell me what was happening but I received nothing but clomping shoes above my head for another hour. Not much long later though the door swung open. Chucking proceeded and then a drunken Captian stumbled into the room.

"Someone's been a bad lassy." He said trying to keep himself steady long enough to look into my eyes. "Is it just me or have you gotten prettier?" He smiled and closed the door behind him and threw the bottle of beer he was holding to the side, it smashed against the wall leaving glass pieces scattering the floor.

"Captain you're drunk." I avoided his lung at me and stepped away from the glass. Now I wished I still had my boots.

Stepping around him wasn't challenging but the glass all over the floor made it harder to avoid getting hurt. I pushed him away as he got close and heard the crunch of glass under his feet. Unfortunately, he still had his boots on.

"Kayland!" He screamed and another pirate entered the room. He was short and half of his face was covered by a large bandana but he seemed softer and more relaxed than the others. He came in and stared at me. "What is it, captain?" He asked. His voice was softer and one you wouldn't expect a pirate to have.

"Grab the lassy for me she won't stop moving." I was standing still but I felt I was moving around in his head right now. "You're drunk I'm not moving anywhere." He squinted at me and then turned to Kayland.

"Clean the glass." He sighed and waited for Kayland to come in with something to clean with and swipe it outside of the cabin.

After he cleaned it I swore I saw Kayland mouth his sorry. He wasn't like the other Pirates and that was something I would use to my advantage later if he ever talked with me in private.

The door shut and the captain began taking off his boots. "You try anything and I'll slice that stubbly throat." I watched as he took off his coat ignoring what I said.

He was pushing it when he approached me but I wasn't about to let him do anything. I pushed him onto the bed smiled and grabbed the nearest hard object, an empty glass bottle, and smashed it on his head.

He slumped and I almost laughed I set the rest of the bottle down and stared at my bleeding hand. "This is why bottles aren't used for hitting people." I backed up and went to the door seeing that it was unlocked opened it and left.

Kayland spotted me first and walked toward me. "Your captain is resting in his bed right now," I informed him. He stopped me from walking any farther. "What happened to you in there?" He asked and continued to stare at me.

"You have more glass to clean up I might have hit him over the head." I rolled my eyes and looked around the ship. Torchlights were blazing around me lighting up the faces of other pirates who were staring at me.

I looked down and noticed I was still not wearing my boots and my shirt was untying. I gasped and turned away from all of them. I wanted to cuss but that wouldn't be right, I ran back to the captain and grabbed my things putting them on and exiting the cabin slamming the door shut behind me.
