"Stay right where you are..."
The dreadful atmosphere washed the entire room, the orange and red sunlight peaking through the windows as the sounds of flesh ripping apart and blood exploding on the floor. A tense air was between the four people on the room, watching in horror and nervousness at the scene before them.
"Ash, we should—"
"No! Don't shoot...."
"B-But..."
Ash shakily points his Steyr M9-A1 at the man he once know throughout the span of 10 years.
"Bio-experiments is officially a global threat to the public caused by Team Rocket. We are to be blamed for..."
"—... start working with the rest of the regions and the Leagues around the world..."
"Those incidents you and us have been fighting for years. The Warehouse incident—"
"... I'm going to tell them everything. It would create more problems than be solved if we work together as one—"
"—... I'd always treasured our friendship, my friend, Ash."
Shutting his eyes tightly to shake those memories off of his head, Ash's eyes flashed darkly with a nervous and painful glint, gripping his handgun to the point he is shaking physically. Celeste and Takeru was next to him, both holding a Glock 18 with an extended mag. A woman was a few meters next to them, Serena nervously backing away when they watched as the man they know of had stood up.
"Mr. President, stand down..." Ash sneered through grit teeth, not out of hate, but he was pleading for his once friend to go away. The man that he know was now an abomination, his arms and half of his face deformed, nearly a resemblance to an Arcanine, red and cream patches of skin flooded his body. Drools dripping down from his mouth, the once old white hair had fallen to a bloody color from the stains of blood caused by a body currently lying on the ground, stomach eaten open and revealing all the organs inside, the man's eyes was lifeless and blood splattered all over.
The President. The one who had joined all country into what now calls a region, ranging from Kanto, Johto, Orange Archipelago, Hoenn, Unova, Kalos, and Alola. The Pokémon Leagues, constructed by Charles Goodshow, were accepted by him. It was then that he would formed the protection of humanity, the G-Men.
"Ash, we have to put him out." Takeru barked nervously, watching as the man began to approach Serena with a hoarse growl.
"Please, don't let me do this..." Ash begged. snarling. "Mr. President! Get away from her!" Serena had backed against the wall, nervously holding a gunpoint at the man's furry forehead.
The man lunged forward.
Everyone panicked.
Ash yelled in desperation and anger.
"ADAM!"
*Boom!*
A bullet pierced through the hybrid's head across, blood spilling out as he collapses lifelessly. Red liquid began to bleed out of his head. Ash shakily lowered his weapon, staring in resentment and guilt as he slowly kneeled next to the man, dropping his dead down, there was no tears spilling out. He placed a hand over his sweaty forehead, breathing shakily.
"I'm sorry, Adam..."
Takeru glanced cover to Celeste and comfortably placed his hand over her shuddering shoulder. They lowered their gun away, placing it back to the holster, as they looked on with pity as Ash quietly mourned for his friend.
"I..." The duo looked at Serena, seeing as she puts her gun away and placed a hand over her forehead. "It's my fault..." Ash glared up, standing up to his feet and questioningly stared at the woman. She look at Ash, a look of guilt inside her eyes.
