Deana's POV
I heard what happened to Emma. All about her cutting (which I am mad and upset about because I called the cops for her to stop cutting) and then her fainting and yeah. But it is now school and she said she was all better.
"Hey Emma how are you doing." I said as we meeted eachother by our lockers.
"Good, but I have to go to therapy." She replied with a big frown.
"Oh, well maybe it will turn out to be really fun there." I say trying to cheer her up.
"Hopefully." she sighed.
"RING" We hear the bell and scurry off to our classes.
Our classes end and we meet up again by the lockers.
"So how was class?" She asked
"Um, good." I said in a confused tone because she never asked me that before.
"Cool." she said.
"Ok let's face it, your not acting normal and I don't like this Emma." I said.
"Well I thought about stuff and... nevermind you wouldn't care." She sounded so sad.
"Ok but if you want to talk about stuff you can always come to me." I didn't want her to feel like she can trust no one.
"Thanks Deanna, but I think I'm all set." She said still sad.
"So, we should get ready for social studies." I suggested.
Emma's POV
We're at social studies when I hear a loud bang then a scream.
"AHHHHH!!" A girl screamed. Everyone rushed to where they heard the scream but not me. I read horror story's and I am NOT getting killed (although I wouldn't mind, it's just I don't want to make a HUGE deal about me getting killed. And I want to die in my true loves arms, but sometimes I don't even care)
"CALL THE COPS AND GET EVERYONE OUT OF THIS BUILDING!" I hear someone yell. Thats when I run out as fast as I can because who wants to be the last one out of the school. Just as I am waiting outside I remember Deana and look around for her but she is nowhere to be seen.
