Beautiful Lies[ON HOLD]

♤chapter two♤

"This is it son . This is my last warning . I am giving this company to your cousin Abe . I've been wanting a heir for so long now and it seems that you don't want to settle down anytime soon ". Dominick's father warned . He has been nagging his son about this for two years now, but Dominick was too stubborn to listen to him . He doesn't believe in love and never had . So why would he marry some random girl right now ?

"I don't get it father , why would I marry some random girl just for what? A heir? I don't care ! I don't even like kids for that matter , why are you obliging me to do something as big as that?" Dominick shouted frustratingly.

"I am seventy year old son . I am soon going to die and before that I would like to see my grandson. I don't want granddaughters ! You know, April is a splendid little kid but I need a grandson .I know that when I die ,you will never get married and the company will one day be handed to Abe's son . He has two sons for god's sake !" Christian, Dominick's father shouted getting up from his leather chair. Dominick never understood why his dad wants grandsons but he never actually understood his dad once .Doctors said that he should take one month rest but the old man loves his company so much to stay away from it . He placed his hand on his chest feeling a sudden sharp stabbing pain , but didn't say anything. This chest pain was getting worse this week and he did not tell Dominick yet .

"Father are you alright?" . Dominick came rushing to his dad and helped him stand up properly. He insisted on getting his father to go to the hospital but he never accepted. He got his stubbornness from his father and he wasn't proud of it .

"I am telling you, this is the last warning. You better find a wife ". Christian said before leaving his office. He was still angry with his father and tried to convince his mother as well, but she was as persistent as him . He banged the door, anger evident in his loud punches . He still needs to find a wife , until something , more like someone, immediately came to his mind.

Grace Williams will do the trick.

He immediately called the beautiful lady that he has been seeing for two weeks now. They both went on dates secretly and were thankfully, never caught by paparazzi. She went to his house several time but he was never able to bed her . She always had excellent excuses as 'I'm on my period' or 'I am not in the mood' . He felt odd about her behavior, but respected that she was not like any other woman who would usually throw themselves at him . He immediately called her and asked her to meet him at the same caffé they first met .

Hazel was sat on her motel bed , face timing Luana and the kids . She calls them everyday as she still can't believe that she's in Scottland, only to steal money from Dominick O'Sullivan. The plan might never work but Luana always sheered her up everytime ideas like that crossed her mind. "He wants to meet me today . He said it's quite important".

"That's great Hazel ! You should be happy , why are you so nervous?" Her bestfriend asked .

"I don't know. His voice was so serious . I think he doesn't want to see me again , or maybe knew my plan all along and now he wants revenge!". Hazel panicked at the thought of being caught by the devil. She might go to jail or sent back to Malawi .

"Hey hey calm down ! There's nothing to panic about. You just have to play the roll well like you always do . Don't worry Grace !" . Luana said . Hazel laughed when her bestfriend called her by her fake name and ended the call smiling, the thought of being caught vanishing.

An hour later, Hazel was sat on one of the caffé's table ,waiting impatiently for Dominick's arrival. Panic consumed her again as she wiped her sweaty palms over her light colored jeans. Not a minute later , the Scottish hottie's eyes landed on Hazel's and sat beside her . She quickly went back to her confident posture, and smiled as he placed a quick kiss on her knuckles.

"Miss me?" He joked. He knew that she did by looking at her eyes but she only smiled at him . He smiled back as he knew that this will be easy, and not as hard as he thought it would be.

"You seem quite nervous are you alright?" Hazel or in this case Grace asked him . He nodded and looked at her , seriousness evident in his eyes . "You should know that these two weeks were the best weeks of my life and I couldn't ask for more". He started. He knew that he was lying straight to her face, but he was also aware of his great acting skills. He couldn't deny her angelic features but he promised to never fall in love . He doesn't even know how to . "And I would like to spend the rest of my life with someone that could make me feel as happy as I was with you these couple of weeks. Grace Williams would you give me the honor to be my wife? ". He continued .

Hazel was shocked, as she truly didn't expect this to happen so quickly. It always took the victim to ask her this particular question in about a month or two ,but never in two weeks. She immediately gave him ber signature smile and accepted his proposal. She couldn't wait to tell Luana ,and Dominick couldn't wait to tell his dad . After that ,he invited her to his villa and promised her to meet his parents . She happily nodded and agreed.

"So sweetheart would you like to watch a movie ?" Dominick said as soon as they arrived to his Villa . The villa was huge and well furnished and Hazel couldn't believe that she would be living here in a couple of weeks .

"Alright ". Hazel agreed. They both sat on a couch and turned the first movie that came on TV . They were both happy as each of their plans were working ,and couldn't care less about any other thing.

Dominick wanted to kiss Grace so bad but she never let him . Everytime he would try to kiss her or at least touch her soft delicate face, she would dodge his touches . He thought that maybe this time, she would let him as they are both now engaged. He cupped Grace's face gently, and leaned in to steal a kiss from her soft lips but Hazel politely rejected the kiss , and turned her head back to the screen.

"Can I ask you something?" Dominick asked . She nodded and gave him her full attention. She knew what was coming but decided to play dumb .

"Why do you always reject my kisses? I mean you're my fiancee and soon to be wife . What's wrong darling?" He asked . He was getting frustrated with her, as no one ever rejected his kisses and this was all knew to him .

Hazel immediately said the same thing that she used to say to the last nine men she had married. "Don't worry darling . I am saving all of my kisses for our wedding night. Be a little patient ". He nodded and got excited at the thought of making love to her all night.
