Chapter 7

It was back to school... and I swear I was so tired, I'm surprised I stayed up until lunch... I had lunch with the gang and it kinda woke me up... but then again I had two cups of coffee

Luckily I had brought my ukelele so we could have a jamming session... the youngest of the class, also one of the famous atheltes came to our table and took my small instrument... I was a about to get mad when he played the same chords I was playing... along with a new song which kind of turned into a mash up...

We continued singing until the player got tired and so we left the cafeteria...

It was time for our next class so we moved

Luckily, our next teacher was chill and oh so happened to not have a lesson plan so he just gave us a reading session...

After a few minutes people started to crowd my table... those people were the people I hung out last saturday with the addition of Sven

"I'm tireddddd" Kali said leaning her head... I protested several times but after she slapped my arm the third time I let her lean, occasionally flexing to disturb her.

On my other side sat Ivan and Stephen who were asking for help but afterhelping them for two minutes they also began to feel tired

In contrast to Ivan, Stephen stayed awake trying to pay attention to his book... but with failure kept on glancing at Ivan... Ivan on the other hand was telling Kali, Sven, and I funny stories to keep us awake...

Sven grew sleepy and so he tried to sleep on Kali's lap but while trying to find a comfortable position he hit his head on the table which might've left a bruise, but the laugh of both girls was greatly unmissable... and later all of us became sleepy..

I on the other hand stayed awake to focus on the book, but the shifting figure beside me distracted me so much I had to check on him

He was supposed to sleep but was uncomfortable with the amount of books on my small desk... so he used his bag and his arm but to no avail still wasnt able to sleep... he looked around his surroundings and he saw my free arm that was on top of the table

He stared at it for a while, I eyed him weirdly... suddenly he took my arm and wrapped it around his and used it as a pillow... I was confused and surprised at the same time but nothing came out of my mouth.. after realizing I tried to free my arm occasionally freeing both... but nothing worked

"Dude, I need my arm... I have to read thissss shit" I said still trying to free my arm

"You can read the same page over and over again" he said half awake

I was about to open my mouth and tell Kali about it but saw her sleeping soundly next to Sven who's mouth was slightly open. I decided not to wake her.

"Duuuddeeee leett goooo!!!" I said trying my best but nothing

I tried to reread the same page but got bored, I couldn't even highlight knowing both arms are occupied

I began to unknowingly stroke Ivan's hair

"This is relaxing... I'm going to you more often when I'm sleepy." He said

"Please No, even I can't sleep properly" I said

"You can lean on my shoulder if you want" he offered me

I thought for a second... but realized there were other people in the classroom.

"I'd pass, plus we cant have a whole group of sleeping people... I want to be the good student of the group" I said and smiled

After a few minutes the bell rang which made everybody in my table a zombie... and Sven drooled a bit

School finished a while after and we all went home.
