The police and ambulance came in at the bar to get Mario's body and to conduct investigation.
While Rheen, Elaine, Jelyn were still in shocked. Jayson was confused and remembered what Jeni said regardibg about the game.
He immediately get his phone and read Winston's message. After reading it he immediately called Winston to ask what is going on and clarification about this game. He was told that they can go to the Batangas Medical City as Grace and Che is their. While his with Jeni and looking for Julius.

Jayson explained it to Rheen, Elaine and Jelyn.
Jelyn was upset hearing that Winston is with Jeni. She ask everyone that they have to go to batangas. Which Jayson was about to tell them that they really need to go there. As per Winston they have to go to Batangas Medical Center since Che and Grace are there. And one more thing the next person would be Rheen and that she need to chose Truth.

Rheen kept on asking Jayson why her ans why truth. There are 2 options to choose. But as what was explained it is part of the game the reasln why it is called the perfect game can't repeat what was previously chosen. Still Rheen cant contain all the negativity that why she has to be next and not Elaine, Jayson or Jelyn. And she kept on thinking about the only option she got is the truth. Which she has no clue at all. And the fact that if she lied this fukcing game will take her just like what happened to Mario and the others.
As she kept on thinking about the game Rheen noticed that her friends are all in silence and looking at her. Their faces are changing it's like its deteriotating or getting worse like on the movies (wrong turn faces). She begun screaming and totally outrageous inside the car till she closed her eyes. Then she heard 3 people whispering on her ears. 'Truth or Dare' and it becomes on repeaing till the voice becomes deeper. As Rheen shouts Truth several times and then she woke up panicking which Elaine is beside her and trying to calm her. That she is having a nightmare and kept on shouting. Truth several times.

Rheen explained to them that she saw them and everything was a mess and she chose Truth.

Jelyn: This is totally insane and fukc up.
Jayson: This game will not let us go aspl per Winston and Jeni.
Elaine: Since rheen chose Truth! What's next?
Jayson: I don't know. Rheen does anyone in your dream ask you questions or what you need to do or say?
Rheen: i don't know! That's all i can remember. You have to do something, i don't want to die.
Jelyn: Then think! Try to remember anything!
Jayson: Just let us know if you remember or feel anything.
Rheen is still trembling in fear and panicking.
Elaine: Just calm Rheen. Your still breathing your not dead.
Rheen: Are you being a bitch right now!
Elaine: No I'm not. You have to calm down!
Rheen: I'm not DEAD. Maybe im dead and this is just all a manifestation of my anxiety. I'll just have to close my eyes and wake up from this nightmare.
Jelyn: Your not dreaming. Your in the real world!
Jayson stop the car as everyone is shouting like everyone is crazy!
Jayson: SHUT THE FUKC UP! You all crazy dumb bitches like we are not playing any tiktok! This is real. If you wanna die get out of my car. If you wanna leave better seat and calm and shut your mouths. Am i clear or you want me to slam your motherfukcer faces.
Jelyn/Elaine/Rheen: Crystal.
Jayson: Good! Now let's go to the hospital.
Everyone was quiet after hearing Jayson as they arrived at the hospital.
