Summary:

Brennen invites you to his house for a movie night. Brennen expected for him to have all the love and cuddles but Kobe got them instead.

Brennen had texted you saying that he's free today so he had invited you over for a movie night. You were excited but mostly excited to see Kobe.

It had been 5 minuets since the text. You had finally arrived at Brennen's and right when he opened the door your eyes immediately went to the floor cause Kobe was always there next to him.

Y/n: KOBE! HI!

Kobe wagged his tail and barked excitingly over you

Brennen: and Brennen!
Y/n: sorry. Hey, babe!
Brennen: hey! Now come on in! I wanna cuddle you and watch the movie with you!

You laughed and stepped inside the house. You pick Kobe up and pet and kiss him. He has his tail wagging like crazy and his toung out of the corner of his mouth.

You smiled at his cuteness and kissed him again but this time with Kobe licking your cheek.

Brennen: ok ok thats enough! Where are my kisses?
Y/n: oh yea!

Brennen smiled at your sarcastic tone

Brennen: hardy har har now wheres my kiss?
Y/n: right here.

You hand Kobe to Brennen's face as Kobe licks it all over. Brennen laughs and grabs Kobe out of your hands before setting him down.

You lean in and kiss Brennen. He smiles in the kiss and pulls away soon after.

Y/n: theres your kiss
Brennen: i would like another. *smirks*
Y/n: fine. *laughs*

You kiss him again and pull away.

Y/n: now that I'm here.. Wheres that movie you were talking about?
Brennen: in the living room.
Y/n: what is it about?

Kobe come up to you and barks at you. You look down and kneel down to pet him and kiss him.

Brennen starts to get a little jealous over Kobe.. You giving attention to Kobe the most than Brennen. He wishes that Kobe was him.. You kissing him and messing with his brown curls.

You get up from the ground to look at Brennen's eyes.

Brennen: its a horror and its about dreams I think.
Y/n: you just want me to jump in your arms do you?
Brennen: maybe..

Brennen smirks slyly and pecks your cheek.

Brennen: come on! Lets get the movie started!
Y/n: ok! Let me just get Kobe.

Brennen nods and turnd the TV on to start the movie. After he puts the movie on and pauses it he gets the popcorn packet and put it in the microwave. Once it was done he puts the popcorn in a bowl and puts the bowl on the table that was in front of the couch.

He sits on the couch and grabs the remote getting ready to unpause the movie for you. He motions to you that the movie is ready. You go and sit on the couch with Kobe. Kobe lays down and enjoys the feeling of you petting him.

Brennen: you ready?
Y/n: yes..? Is this movie really that scary?
Brennen: yep. Very. So cuddle up to me if you think you're gonna be scared. Or you can cuddle up to Kobe.
Y/n: whatever. I ain't scared of nothing.

Halfway through the movie was fine until a long skinny black figure with long greasy hair popped out of nowhere which scared the living he'll outta you so you jumped and tensed up.

Kobe got out of the couch and went to his bed right when you got frightened. Brennen held you close and kissed your temple

Brennen: I thought you said you weren't scared of anything?
Y/n: shut up..

Brennen laughed and layed you back against his chest so you were cuddled up close to him.

Brennen: now can I get all of the attention that Kobe was getting?
Y/n: is this why you were so ready with me?
Brennen: no..
Y/n: suuurrreee
Brennen: ok fine. It wad the reason but can i get the love now?
Y/n: *laughs* you akways will.

You started leaning up to kiss Brennen. Yours and his lips touched and you raised your hand up to mess with his curls. He smiles as you do so. Brennen pulls away and smiles down at you. He caresses your cheek with his left hand and pulls you in for another kiss. You pull away and smile up at him

Y/n: Brennen.
Brennen: yes?
Y/n: I love you.
Brennen: I love you too.

Kobe gets up from his own little dog bed and jumps on the couch. He lays next to Brennen lays his head down on top of his paws. Brennen smiles at his littke figure and pets it slowly. You see that Kobe was falling asleep.

Y/n: just looking at him makes me wanna go to sleep.
Brennen: *laughs* you can. But it has to be with me. Not with Kobe.
Y/n: agreed. *laughs* but im not that tired. Lets just watch the movie.
Brennen: ok. Are you sure?
Y/n: yea im sure.
Brennen: ok.

Brennen and you continue to watch the movie and slowly fall asleep.
