Why? (Bakugou x Deku)

The Ghost of You

I put my head against my desk. Mr. Aizawa's going over his lesson but I'm in too much pain to listen. "Now I'm sure we've all heard of the loss of Midoriya, so today we're gonna go visit his grave."

I look up. I hear Uraraka start crying in the back. I get mad at her for some reason. She doesn't get to cry. She doesn't know how hard this is for me.

Once we get to his grave everyone's got tears in their eyes. I try to hold mine back but it's impossible. The boy that I loved-LOVE is now gone. Dead.

I feel a hand on my back and look over to see Kirishima."I know how hard this must be for you, man. This sucks."

I clench my fists. "No! You don't know! You could never know!"

He looks surprised at my harsh tone. "Bakugou, what-"

"Just shut up!"I pull away from him and leave the group. Kirishima starts to follow me but All Might puts a hand on his shoulder to stop him.

I leave the cemetery not caring that we're technically still in school. I sit on a bench and try to calm down.

"Why'd you have to leave me, you damn nerd..." I mutter.

I put on my headphones and walked home.

My mom and dad still weren't home yet so the house was quiet. I got to my room and plug my headphones into my computer and watch an old video I have of Deku.

On the screen, Deku is opening a present I got him for our anniversary. His face turns red when he sees it's a red hoodie that says Cutest Boyfriend.

I hold up my to him. Mine says I have the Cutest Boyfriend.

"K-Kacchan..."Deku covers his red face. 

"perfect present, huh," I say with pride.

"Yes, Kacchan."He kisses my cheek. "The best."

The video ends and I start balling. Kacchan. That's the last time I'll ever hear that name.

"Damn it!" I throw the headphones off and slam my fists on the desk.
