Daniel and Melissa had finished their events for the day so it was Xristi and I's turn to go on, we were so nervous. We lined up Ellie in front with Lisa holding the whip and Ellie, then it was me, after me was Xristi and at the back of the line was Sabine.
Sabine told us that it doesn't matter what place we get she said we just gotta have fun whilst we're out there. Xristi I and Sabine lined up on the side whilst Lisa lunged Ellie around in a circle of trot for the judges to see that she wasn't lame.
After Lisa had showed the judges Ellie's trot, I was on first Sabine and I ran in. My my music started, my song was a thousand years by Christina Perri, my hands were trembling as I walked towards Ellie.
Sabine helped me get on, my first move was a half split, followed that was a needle and after the needle came a stand. When I did my stand, there was a tent flying around, I didn't see the tent, so I continued to stand, therefore Ellie had seen it and stopped all of a sudden.
I didn't know at that point what she had stopped for, she never stopped. I wobbled a bit so I held onto the handles, after Sandi had told Ellie that it's okay so I continued to stand. After a few more moves my freestyle was over so I dismounted. It was Xristi's turn to go on.
