'Pink Tape' The album was released on August 8, 2019. It is the first mini album by South Korean girl group BLACKPINK. The album peaked at the number one position on multiple music charts internationally including Billboard's World Albums and South Korea's Gaon charts. The mini ablum was a huge success and BLACKPINK had gained alot of followers and fans from the first day. Their title track 'Psycho' hit 40+ million views in the first 24hrs. Upon its release Pink Tape debuted at the top spot of the Gaon Albums Charts and went on to sell more than 180,000 copies on its first fifteen days of release in South Korea. The mini album also debuted at number 4 on the US Billboard 200, becoming the highest-charting to date by an all-female K-pop group.
