V. "EDGE OF HEARTBREAK" (Short Story)

I stared at the people around me.

 

“She is the most precious person for me”

When I said the words, they looked at me with misfortune.

 

“Luck, sometimes crashed us.”

I continued and I saw one of them cried.

 

“If I had a chance to look back and to know what is she thinking that time? I would definitely reverse it.”

I looked at my side..

 

“tonight, let me tell you a story guys..

Let me tell you the five days of how she gave me the life in an edge of heartbreak”

“I have a girlfriend”

I said, I look at her and saw the shock on her face.

“really??”

She still look in shock as if I said something that will never ever gonna happen..

Yeah right. What an insult.

“yup! It’s a long distance relationship!

She’s in the future”

I continued and I saw her laugh hard.

“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAXD”

“stop it!”

I said. I hate it. I hate the way she insults me about my lovelife.

She still laughed hard and I raised my eyebrow and look at her.

She stops and looked at me directly and raised her point finger

“too bad my dear, we’ll never meet the future”

She said and I look at her annoyed.

“Yah right. I’m single. That’s it”

I said and she starts laughing again.

She then stop and said something.

“but wait Justin, what if Candice is still alive? I doubt if I can still insult you”

She said smiling.

This time, I looked at her with some disappointment

I don’t want to hear anything from Candice.

Rhaine is my classmate..my annoying classmate and we are both good friends of Candice..

Candice is my precious girl.
