"what...."everyone in the office gasped.
He dragged me out without saying anything before I can fully register his words. As the car halted he came out and without even looking at me rushed inside the manshion and there I was standing smiling like a dumbass.
After having a silent dinner I went to his library where he was writing his journal and hearing my steps he looked in my direction
"what was that?" I whisper shouted him.
"what?" he lifted his eyebrows.
"as if u dont know..what was 'soon to be fiancee' part"
"I said that was true"
"true..." He came near me and pulled me that made me almost fall against his chest. I pushed him but under his hot gaze I just wanted more to fall in those brown orbs. His cologne was exactly the way to drive me crazy and believe me it was like so damn good, a hint of mint. He smeeled so refreshed.
"don't you love me" were the words that made me look at him with concentration .
"what..the..f..uck!!!"i just tried worthless pushing him off
"what...say me that u don't want me"he then halted
"Karan..this is.."I stuttered to say...
"I have been waiting since ages..thats why I have never made any love with other girls because..."he looked at me intensely.
"because..".Then next his act was surprising, the lights turned off and only a dim light was on when I focussed that someone held my hand kneeling before me holding my one hand.
"oh god...Aadhira I just love you and will you be the pretty one to share problems, sorrows, happiness as wife and not anymore best friend..plsss...."
I couldn't believe what he was saying but then...tears started to roll down my cheeks and then with hurriedly just sat on his leg yelling a 'yes'. As then we both fell and I was now laying on him who was holding me...when i heard someone cough..
I hurriedly stood up and saw granny and uncle standing and smirking there. I just was so embarrassed that I hugged Karan who was laughing and smiling like a mad man and deepened my head against the head...
"um...I think Ammi...PDA is really important...we can go..now she realised...."uncle was laughing and saying nd my granny was there to make me feel more shy when she said...
"yes...let's go beta (son) or else our eyes will witness more" and laughing they went when I saw Karan was looking at me intensely as if a spark went down my spine and next I know his lips on mine for dominance.
