The Ruler of Elysias' Secret Life COMPLETED!

Chapter One

Flashback to the island kingdom of Elysias, central to the balance of the supernatural world:

"Leeteuk! The Queen has fallen!" Kyu Hyun ran in to the wizard who was casting to slow the entrance of the demons entering the castle. "She went after the prince! Both mother and son were lost!"

"The prince? You mean Prince Jae Sang?" Leeteuk asked, both sadness and anger flashing in his eyes.

"I'm sorry. I know you cared for him even more since he became your student," Kyu Hyun said.

"Stay here and continue the spells I've started. I need to try to at least protect the other children in the castle. Even if we can't protect King Jae Kwan or his brother, Jae Hyun, we need to protect Princess Jae Hwa and her cousins. They are the future of the Kingdom," he said, grabbing his sword, leaving the room.

Kyu Hyun was worried. Leeteuk preferred to stay off the front lines of battle to fight by magick. It's where he felt he was best suited, even if he was a fierce warrior on the field of battle with a weapon as well.

Guys, look out for Leeteuk! He just left his casting space to go for Princess Jae Hwa and her cousins to protect them! He has his sword! Kyu Hyun called out telepathically to his group of friends that were the King's Council and the royal family's closest protectors.

What are you talking about? Hee Chul replied in his mind. I'm the impulsive one!

We've lost Prince Jae Sang and Queen Aureum, Hee Chul, Kyu Hyun told him.

I'm going after Leeteuk! Hee Chul responded.

So am I! Yesung responded.

Eunhyuk and I will be there as soon as we can get through! Dong Hae responded.

I'm on my way to you, Kyu Hyun, Ryeo Wook responded. You'll need help keeping Leeteuk's spells up without him.

Thanks, guys, Kyu Hyun thanked them all, knowing they'd all do their best.

When Leeteuk reached the corridor that led to where Princess Jae Hwa's nursery was, the very place all five of the children from both royal brothers were supposed to have been brought, he found Sung Min, JR, Aron, Hyun Seong, Dong Hyun, and Jeong Min struggling against what seemed like a platoon of demons. He released his rage and engulfed a dozen of them in flames with ease, giving his friends and brothers-in-arms a moment to regroup. They looked up to see who had done it.

"Leeteuk!" Jeong Min called to him in relief.

"Don't forget me!" Hee Chul said, appearing behind Leeteuk.

"And I wasn't going to leave our leader when he needs us," Yesung followed Hee Chul and Leeteuk, joining Sung Min, JR, Aron, Dong Hyun, Hyun Seong, and Jeong Min to fight off the demons who were too close to the royal children.

Soon after Eunhyuk and Dong Hae showed up. Once they were there, it didn't take long for the 11 of them to finish off the demons. It was clear that they were all injured.

Leeteuk... I've lost the King... Kangin telepathically told him, barely able to get the message to him.

Much was lost, Friend. Take peace that Princess Jae Hwa, Princes Dong Ho, Seo Jun, and Min Ki are all alive, Leeteuk told him to try to make him feel less depressed.

Guys! I need help! I can't hold Leeteuk's shields for much longer alone and Kyu Hyun just collapsed after they attacked it! He's bleeding from the side of his head, his nose and his mou... Ryeo Wook started and everyone felt their energy shift as Ryeo Wook lost consciousness. When he did, the shields broke. Leeteuk barely had enough time to guard himself against the backlash of his shields collapsing to keep from falling unconscious like two of their youngest just had.
