As you step inside, a woman approaches you. Within her hand, she holds a glowing scroll, which she thrusts at you.
Cautiously taking it, you watch in amazement as it comes alive and unfurls in your palm. Perhaps it was simply your imagination, but could it be that the scroll had eyes? And a mouth as well? Before you can decide, the odd scroll begins speaking.
"Welcome, my dear traveler
Stay awhile in this paradise of ours
We won't take too much time
From a man of your caliber."Within our walls, you might acquire
Potions and enchantments
Or insects and dolls alike
Anything that you might desire."However, before we begin
We must lay the table
And set our ground rules
Or you may get lost in the din."Rule number one:
Please do not rush our designers
And remember to be polite, my dear
Or you might find yourself on the run."Rule number two:
Take the time to fill out the forms
You wouldn't want to find your order cast aside
Would you?"Rule number three:
Stay true to your designer
Shop hopping is quite rude
Wouldn't you agree?"Rule number four:
Complete the payment
For love and time has gone into it
And doesn't everyone deserve to be rewarded?"Rule number five:
The ideas are up to you, my dear
We are simply the artists
Who will make them come alive."Rule number six:
Follow the CLN account
As the owners deserve to be known,
No?"Rule number seven:
The last one we have in-line
Give credit where it is due
Or you shall be kicked"And now, my dear traveler
You may enter at last
But heed my words wisely
As you meet with your haggler."As the scroll utters its last words, it bursts into flames. Out of instinct, you drop it immediately, despite it not casting any heat. The moment it touches the ground, the flames die out, and all that is left is a tiny scrap of parchment on the pavement. Crouching down, you carefully put it in your pocket, and continue on your way.
