Forgotten Past: Chapter 2

An unknown past, it's secrets still buried somewhere underneath. Many people are oblivious of this, but someday, somewhere, someone would be able to find and tell the truth behind it.

Years have past. A year, a decade, no, 12 years have passed since that one fateful incident and it's mysteries have not yet been solved. Perhaps, now's the time to solve the mysteries and discover the truth it holds?

June, Year 2033

Veranza National Highschool, a school no better than his previous school, Senju Private Highschool. Doren Ushira, 15, just transferred here and he is curently a grade 9 student, living at Don Pedro Village.

Habang naglilibot ay may nakita syang babaeng nasa harap ng isang vending machine sa hindi masyadong mataong lugar sa school nato. The girl have a medium lenght wavy hair. Hindi nya makita ang itsura nito dahil nakatalikod to sa kanya. At inside of his head, he thought that this girl's familiar. It feels like that he's seen this girl somewhere. He brushed of the thought as he knew that he was not getting nowhere thinking about it.

"Arghh!" The girl looks like having trouble because of the vending machine. Na-stuck ang kung anong pagkain man ang pinili nya sa loob ng vending machine at hindi nya makuha ito.

Sinipa, pinagpipindot ang mga button, at inalog-alog na ng babae ang vending machine pero hindi nya parin nakukuha ang gusto nya. Watching the girl, Doren grew impatient and annoyed by the stupid acts performed by the girl.

Inis syang lumapit dito.

"You have to pick again what's above of your current pick to get what you want, in a situation like this." Sabi ni Doren habang pinili nya ang chitchiryang nasa taas nang chitchiryang na-stuck na pinili kanina ng babae. Pagkahulog ng mga chitchirya sa ilalim ng vending machine ay kinuha nya ito at ibinigay sa babae.

"My treat." Doren said with an annoyed look on his face. But for the girl, she was seeing a sparkly, cool, handsome, and a kind boy who has saved her from the pains of hungerness.

"My prince charming..." the girl murmured.

"What?" Doren didn't quite hear what the girl said so he asked her, of course with an annoyed look on his face. Pero imbes na sagutin sya ng babae ay nakakuha sya ng isang sobrang tingil na tili mula sa babae.

"Kyaaaa!"

And then the girl suddenly started chasing him. Very unexpected. And without warning and signs, he started to run for his life. He expected that this girl would just be saying thanks to him, but not this kind of reaction!

Run, run for your life! If not for his instincts to tell him to run for his life for some unknown reasons, ay baka kung ano pang mangyari sa kanya dahil sa babaeng yon. The girl have this sparkling eyes while chasing him, na para bang naka-jackpot sya. He just started to enjoy his new school and this has to happened? Just what bad luck it is! And again, he really did not expect this to happen at all!

He run as fast as he could, hoping that the girl would not follow her. But to his horror, the girl was just right behind her, eyes sparkling and a big smirk plastered on her face.

This girl is nuts! He thought.

Nakita nya ang library at dali-dali syang tumakbo papasok dito. Dinungaw nya mula sa bintana ang babae at nakita nya itong tinitignan ang paligid.

"Uy Doren, anong ginagawa mo?"

Halos mapatalon sa gulat si Doren dahil sa babaeng nagtanong sa kanya. He looked at the girl and he saw Fey, at his back, tinitignan rin kung ano mang tinitignan ni Doren.

"May naghahanap sayo sa labas. Gusto mo tawagin ko sya? Jub—" bago paman matawag nang tuluyan ni Fey ang babae ay dali-daling tinakpan ni Doren ang bibig neto. He was curious to know this girl, but the desperation not to be noticed by this girl, ginawa nya ang dapat nyang gawin, which is to silence Fey at the moment.

Alam ni Doren na nalilito si Fey pero wala syang ibang choice kundi ang patahimikin si Fey para hindi sya matuntun ni Jubilin. Doren looked over the window once again.

The girl scanned the surroundings pero agad narin na lumakad papalayo sa library pagkatapos nyang tignan ang paligid.

Doren sighed in relief. Nakahinga sya nang maluwag nang makita nya ang babae na mabilis na lumakad papalayo ng library.

The moment he sighed relief, may maramdaman syang kamay na sige sa paghampas sa braso nya. Saka nya lang natandaan na hawak nya pala si Fey habang tinatakpan ang bibig neto. How could he forget?!

"S-Sorry!" He said in panic and let her go. The moment he let Fey go, he stepped on something to make him fall. His fall made him stumble on Fey's feet, and as a result, her falling down too. Nasa ilalim ni Doren si Fey.

They froze, not knowing what to do.

Doren stared at her, frozen in shock. He looked at the girl's face, now facing him with her back at the floor.

Eyes to eyes, breath against each other, he could feel a tingling sensation. A feeling that is familiar, yet unknown. He adores Fey, for reasons only he would have known.
