Chaos. It was the only word that perfectly described what was happening outside the hospital. Utter, unbridled chaos. People were running in every direction, eyes wide with panic, their screams cutting through the crackling of sparks and shouts of frantic orders. The explosion had thrown everything into disarray—staff, patients, civilians—all desperately trying to escape the mayhem.

But amidst all the movement, Kira was frozen. Her eyes were locked on the chaos unfolding before her, and she could hardly breathe, her heart thundering in her ears. She barely registered the explosion's aftermath—the flashing lights, the distant cries of fear, the smoke—but what grabbed her attention was the sound of something heavy tearing through the air.

"Oh God!" she gasped, her voice almost drowned by the noise around her. Her eyes widened in horror as she spotted the massive, sparking power cable swinging violently like a snake set loose.

It whirled through the air, glinting ominously, the erratic bursts of electricity illuminating the wet pavement. It was coming straight at her. Kira ducked down, her body instinctively folding in on itself as the heavy cable whipped just inches above her head, the crackling energy making her hair stand on end.

Before she could even take a breath, the cord swung around again, and Kira barely had time to lift her gaze before it came hurtling back towards her, sparking and writhing like a living thing.

The chaos seemed to amplify—an ambulance, sirens blaring, came skidding into the parking lot, its tires screeching. The power cable lashed out at the windshield, the sharp crack of glass shattering echoed amidst the din. The driver, caught off guard, swerved hard to avoid the shock, the heavy vehicle barely missing Kira by mere inches. She could feel the wind rush past her as it skidded off-course, crashing into the sidewalk.

The hydrant gave way under the impact, and water shot up into the air like a geyser, the droplets catching the emergency lights, shimmering for an instant before raining down onto the scene. Kira shielded her face, her heart pounding wildly. She was drenched, but that wasn't her biggest worry—the stray power line was still alive, and she could see it thrashing nearby.

Her instincts kicked in, adrenaline pumping through her veins, and she knew she needed to move, now.

Allison and Isaac were driving toward the hospital to check on Stiles when they pulled up and found themselves in the middle of all the madness.

Allison jumped out of the car, eyes wide as she took in the chaos. Water was spilling everywhere from the broken hydrant, glistening under the emergency lights. She saw the sparking power cable arcing wildly, its bright flashes reflecting off the puddles that were rapidly growing. Then, she spotted the ambulance's EMT stepping out of the driver's seat—directly into the electrified water.

"Get back!" she screamed, her voice hoarse with urgency.

"Everyone get back!" Kira called out from somewhere nearby, her voice barely audible above the din.

But it was too late. The EMT stepped into the water, and the voltage surged through him, making his body convulse violently before he collapsed to the ground, unmoving.

Allison's heart skipped a beat. She was about to run to the EMT, instincts driving her to help, but she didn't notice the puddle creeping towards her. Isaac saw it, though, and in an instant, he lunged forward, slamming into Allison and knocking her out of harm's way.

"Allison!" Isaac shouted as he pushed her clear. But he wasn't fast enough to save himself.

Isaac stumbled into the water, and the electricity hit him like a wall. His muscles seized up, locking his limbs in place as the voltage tore through his body. He stood rigid for a heart-stopping moment before collapsing into the flooded street, his body going limp.
