Lily gets up and moves her seat. She sits beside Leo and he sighs. "I'll get the ingredients..." Leo watches as she walks away. He smiles a little and she comes back with some ingredients. "Got the ingredients Zabini..." Lily remembers everyone calling people by their last names.
"Call me by my first name..." Lily looks at him. "Why?" Leo shrugs. "Start making the Amortentia..." Lily reads the steps and adds the ingredients. Leo helps along. "Write down what it smells like, did this potion years ago, and had some great things happen..."
Lily smells it and smiles. She writes down what it smells like. "Ms. Malfoy, what does it smell like?" "Cinnamon and woods..." She looks at Snape. "Mr. Zabini?" "Rose perfume... strawberries and caramel..." Lily looks at him. Leo smiles. "Class dismissed..."
Lily starts packing up and looks over at Leo. "Who smells like that?" "Someone I like..." Lily looks at him. "Who?" "She's great..." Lily looks down and leaves. She goes to Slytherin common room. She sits down and tears run down her face. She hears someone walking in and sees Scorpius.
"Scorpion..." He looks at her. "Why're you crying..." "Leo..." She looks down. More Slytherins come in. "Malfoy's kids..." "Leave us alone..." Scorpius looks at one and sees one with dark brown hair to her shoulders and pretty emerald green eyes. He looks away.
Lily gets up and goes to the girls' dorms. Scorpius goes to the boys' dorm. Lily changes and gets in bed. She wishes she never laid eyes on Leo... would her parents be proud of her for falling for a Zabini. She sits up and grabs a paper and quill. She writes to Harry and Draco.
This is Lily... I have fallen for this boy... he's a Gryffindor.... if you wanted to know... I'm in Slytherin House... I know I'm not supposed t like Gryffindors... I read some books about purebloods keeping muggles and half-bloods in cages... I'm sorry...
She folds it and puts it in an envelope. Their owl comes to the window. "Send this to father please..." The owl flies away. She gets back into bed and wonders what her parents will think.
