Azura's p.o.v.

After awhile of shouting between the brothers they all finally came downstairs and Splendor took Willow from Mercy. I got up as he carried her away without an explanation and stopped him.

"What's going on and what are you doing with our sister?" I asked and he was silent for a moment seeming shocked by how I acted before he smiled and answered me.

"We need her to summon Zalgo so we can figure out what he is planning." He explained and the four brothers stood in a circle as my sisters and I stood beside them. 

I was surprised that Jinkx stood beside Offender but chuckled when I noticed the annoyed expression on her face while Offender seemed uncomfortable. I watched as Willow looked at the rabbit i didn't recognize and asked it if this Zalgo person could come and play. Not long after that a tall black demon with red mouths and eyes stood before us and my eyes widened.

"Zalgo!" Willow cried as she jumped out of Splendor's arms and ran to the demon. I took a step forward to stop her but Slender put his arm in front of me holding me back. I watched as Zalgo picked her up as she hugged him before looking at us and grinning.

"I was wondering how long it would take for you to realize. Seems it took longer than I thought." He said grinning and I frowned not liking him already.

"What do you want with her Zalgo?" Splendor asked and he chuckled as he set Willow down allowing her to run back to Splendor who was quick to pick her up and hold her close.

"Relax. I have no intentions of taking the child."

"Then why bother with her?" Slender asked and Zalgo turned to face him.

"Because I still have a deal with her mother that's why. Not everything is about you Slender." He said and I froze. He knew our mother? How? Why? I heard Trender ask something but I don't know what as I stood there allowing my thought to take over until I was snapped out of it when I heard Zalgo speak.

"Before the four sisters were separated from each other their mother called upon me to make a deal. She wanted to ensure her children's safety and wanted me to watch over them keeping a close watch on the youngest due to her differences. In return if Willow had not found a family before she came of age then she would become mine." 

The entire time he explained he was focused on me and when he finished I heard him chuckle as I looked away and zoned out thinking about everything. Our mother made a deal with him to keep us safe. Could he be the reason none of the others seem to remember anything? Does he know where mother is? How did the two even meet? All these thoughts ran through my head at once and before I knew it I was left standing there alone as everyone had gone their separate ways.

"Azura is everything alright?" Slender asked and I looked at him finding him beside me.

"Uh yes everything is fine I was just thinking." I half lied as I looked out the window watching as Willow, Zalgo, and Splendor played together outside.

"You are wondering about your mother aren't you? I noticed how you responded when Zalgo mentioned her." He said and I nodded

"I can't help but wonder where she is and if she's alright." I said and he nodded.

"If you want to go ask him about her you can. He's seemed to have taken an interest in the four of you so I'm sure he would gladly answer any questions you may have." He said and walked away leaving me with my thoughts.

After a few moments I decided to ask him and went outside to find him watching Willow as Splendor chased her around.

"Excuse me, Zalgo?" I called and he hummed as he turned to face me.

"Ah Azura what can I do for you?" He asked as he grinned as if he knew exactly what I wanted already.

"I was wondering if you could answer a few questions about my mother." I asked and he nodded

"What would you like to know?"

"Well do you know where she is?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yes and she is very much alive but I take it you already knew that." He said grinning at me and I nodded. 

"How did you meet her?" 

"Your mother and I met years ago before the four of you were born. She needed help because she had gotten her tail caught between two rocks and I happened to be passing by and found her." He explained and I stayed silent as I took everything in.

"And what about my sisters. They don't remember anything " I said and he nodded.

"That was my doing. Now that the four of you have been reunited some of their memories may come back to them. I did it due to your mother's request. It was a precaution in case none of you found each other. That way the four of you could live peaceful lives but seeing as each of you are proxies to the slender brothers I can tell how well that worked out."

"Well all of us except Jinkx are. She used to be until Offender fucked it all up." 

"That honestly does not surprise me. He never could do anything right. My question is how did you end up with Slender and how are you going to deal with your how shall I put it...situation in the future?" He asked and I felt my cheeks turn red at the second part of his question as my eyes widened.

"Well he offered me a place to stay after I escaped the lab that I was trapped in. H-how did you know about that exactly?" I asked looking at him and he grinned.

"Azura please I've been around for centuries. I've learned a thing or two about the different creatures in this world."

"O-oh well to answer your question I haven't really decided what I'm going to do yet. I don't know if I'll tell him or just leave." I answered and he chuckled.

"You better make your decision soon because you don't have much time left." He warned and I sighed.

"I'm well aware of that." I said and he nodded.

"Well it was a pleasure to meet you but I must get back. There are things I need to attend to." He said and nodded waving as he left before going back inside and heading to my room.
