Azura's p.o.v.

I woke up sometime in the afternoon and looked around confused. What happened? I remember coming out to the lake per Slender's orders but not much else. Sitting up I groaned feeling sore and leaned back against what I assumed was a tree until it began to move and I looked behind me to find Slender. Realizing I had been laying against him I moved to get up only for him to wrap his arms around my waist holding me against him.

"Um excuse me sir but what's going on?" I asked confused and he nuzzled into my neck. 

"You don't remember? You went into heat and accepted me as your mate." He explained and I felt my face heat up at the thought. I heard a ripping sound and soon felt Slender place small kisses on my neck as he held me and I slowly relaxed in his hold humming content. I turned my head to look at him and smiled lovingly before softly kissing him. When we parted he smiled and gently moved some of my hair out of my face.

So you don't regret your decision?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Not at all. Why would I?"

"Well I knew you were growing quite fond of Masky so I thought you would've rather wanted him." He explained frowning and I laughed a little.

"What? No. I see Masky as a brother at most. Slender I chose you because I felt you were the one for me. Now I think it's about time we head back to the mansion to see what chaos has ensued during our absence." I said and he nodded as we both got up. I groaned feeling sore and Slender rubbed the back of his neck.

"Forgive me my dear. I suppose I was a bit rough with you." He said and and I laughed a little.

"It's alright sir. I'll be fine." I answered and he turned to look at me.

"Now that we are mated I don't want you calling me sir anymore. You're more to me than just my proxy now." He said and I smiled softly as I nodded and followed him back to the mansion. 

Once there we noticed everything was quiet so we assumed everyone was already asleep and decided to go to bed as well. When we made it up the staircase I said goodnight and was about to go to my room when Slender pulled me back to him and I looked at him confused.

"I'd like you to sleep with me in my room from now on if that's not a problem. I won't force you to do anything you don't want to." He said and I felt my face heat up. It was going to take awhile to get used to the way he is treating me now.

"That's not a problem at all. May I get changed first sir?" I asked and he nodded before letting me go. I went to my room and sat on my bed for a moment trying to process everything that has happened as I ran my hand through my hair. After sitting there for a moment I got up and grabbed a long dark blue silk night gown from my dresser and got changed before going to Slender's room.

Once there I knocked on the door and Slender opened it taking a moment to look me up and down before letting me in and shutting the door behind me. I took a moment to look around his room curious and gasped when I was suddenly pushed against the wall.

"W-what's going on sir? Did I do something wrong?" I asked startled and he tilted my head up to look at him to see he had torn his mouth open once again.

"What have I told you about calling me that my dear?" He asked and my eyes widened a little. I had never seen this side of him before and it was a little nerve wracking to say the least.

"I'm sorry i-it just slipped. I won't do it again."I said shaking a little unsure of what he would do as I felt my face heat up. I watched as he smiled and chuckled before leaning in and kissing me.

"Relax my dear I was just teasing you. You're not in any trouble I promise. Now go lay down. I'll be there in a moment." He said before letting me go. I made my way to the bed and sat down waiting for him. I couldn't help but watch however when Slender took his tie, jacket, and shirt off making my face turn a bright red. I heard him chuckle when he noticed my reaction

"What's the matter my dear? Is something bothering you?" He asked teasingly and I shook my head avoiding his gaze as I lied down on the bed rolling onto my side. I felt the bed dip as he got on it and I tried my best not to look at him as he crawled on top of me and rolled me onto my back so I was facing him.

"What's gotten you so skittish Azura? Do you not like my attention? Are you afraid of me? If so I'll stop. I don't want you to be uncomfortable or afraid to be around me." He asked and I looked at him to see he looked sad.

"No! No that's not it at all. I'm just not used to this kind of attention or so much affection. Everything happened so fast and it's a lot to take in. I'm not afraid of you at all and I love being around you I'm just not too sure how to react to all of this." I explained and he seemed relieved at this news.

"Alright. In that case I'm sorry for all my teasing, you're just too adorable when you're flustered." He said as he lied down beside me and wrapped his arm around my waist pulling me into his chest. I smiled and relaxed against him and before I fell asleep I felt him kiss the back of my neck softly.

"I love you Azura."

"I love you too Slender" I said and we both fell asleep.
