3rd person
When Callum came back downstairs, everybody was already dressed and ready to go. Steve was jumping up and down while Eric was calmly and casually sipping his tea.
Callum was so excited to test out his new broom that he yelled to his dads and ran outside without waiting. He knew he wasn't supposed to run out into the street but he couldn't help it. he was just too excited.
Callum stopped at the side of the street and looked right, left, right just like his dads had taught him to do.
Steve and Eric ran outside after him to make sure nothing happened. When they saw Callum safe and sound on the other side of the street, they gave a big sigh.
"It's a good thing we taught him how to cross the street, huh?" said Steve.
"Oh ya. Thank Merlin" replied Eric huffing and puffing from all the running.
As they approached the park with brooms in their hands, they got weird looks from some muggles who were walking around but once they entered the wizard park, the muggles couldn't see them anymore.
Eric could get in because he knew the park was there and had been around magic most of his life. Steve wasn't supposed to tell Eric when they were younger, but Steve couldn't hold it in. They spent all available time playing together so he was bound to find out anyway. Steve told Eric when they were 7 because they vowed to never keep secrets from each other.
Callum ran into the park and tried to mount his broom immediately but he couldn't get it off the ground.
"Wait for us, Cal! There's a precise art to broom riding!" yelled Steve.
"Chill out babe. He's just a kid" whispered Eric.
Steve played quidditch at Hogwarts when he was young and was very particular when it came to riding.
Callum was getting frustrated so he put the broom down.
"Ok," said Steve, "Stand beside your broomstick..." Callum did so, "stick your right hand over your broom, and say 'Up!'"
"UP!" Callum yelled. His broom didn't come up the first time so he tried again.
"UP!" he said with more force.
The broom shot up into his hand so fast that it startled him.
"Good job son!" cried Steve jumping up and down. Eric was standing beside him, clapping.
"OK. Now you mount the broom." Steve taught Callum how to mount the broom and corrected his grip just like Madam Hooch had taught him.
Steve and Eric got on their brooms told Callum to kick off on the count of 3.
"One"
"Two"
"Three!" said Steve and Eric in unison.
Everybody kicked off and they were finally flying. Callum was a little wobbly at first but his dads got on either side of him to stabilise him.
After an hour, Callum had gotten it down and was flying around the field with his parents. He was pretty good as a chaser and could throw the ball pretty well. He and Eric played catch in the back garden occasionally so Callum has a good arm.
Eric did a lot of muggle stuff with Callum when they could. They would play football, pass the rugby ball back and forth and throw a baseball that Steve had gotten Eric on a trip to America.
Steve was a beater at Hogwarts and got a lot of awards. Sometimes he got a bit too serious with the game though.
Eric had never actually played a game of quidditch but Steve had taught him to play when they were kids during the holidays after his second year at Hogwarts.
The MacMillan family was playing 2-on-1, Steve vs Eric and Callum. Steve was loosing at the moment and got a bit frustrated. Eric and Callum kept passing the quaffle back and forth so Steve never got the chance to touch it.
He had his beaters bat on him and charged Eric to try and knock the ball out of his hands.
Unfortunately, Eric pulled the quaffle away when he saw his husband getting closer and got hit in the face with the bat.
Eric almost fell off his broom but managed to hold onto it with one hand while the other one was preoccupied with holding his probably broken nose.
"OHMERLINSPANTSIMSOSOSOSOSORRYLOVEOHMYGOD!!!!" screeched Steve.
"DAD!!" Callum flew down and tried to bring Eric down slowly but he was too heavy for him. Steve was still in shock and hadn't reacted yet.
He finally realised what was happening and flew over to help his son.
As soon as Eric landed, he walked off. Steve ran behind him apologising the whole way home.
Callum was worried that they were going to have a big fight when they got home.

Eric POV
I fumbled to unlock the door with my bloody hands. I knew it was an accident but I just couldn't get over the fact that Steve hit me so hard. AND the fact that Callum was the one to help because Steve was frozen.
Steve was trying to help me open the door but I pushed him aside. I didn't need help from him. I was too mad.
I finally got the blasted door open and I ran upstairs to our room and locked the door. I didn't want to be bothered by anyone.
I could hear Steve running up the stairs. He came to the door and saw that it was locked. He could've just used magic to open it but he knows I need space.
"Babe, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to. You know that" he said pleadingly. "I've seen my fair share of broken noses. Let me fix it for you," he said. "Please?"
It was true that he had seen a lot of broken noses but I didn't want him to think I was over it.
"Ok, you can fix it but I'm not over it," I said just to make things clear.
"Alohamora," says Steve. "Honey, I hope you know I really am sorry."
"Ya ya just get on with it man," I replied, blushing a little.
Just then, Callum walked in with a sad look on his face.
"Are you going to be like that forever?" he said.
"What, my nose?"
"Ya..."
"No son, Dad's gonna fix it now"
"Can I watch?"
I looked at Steve and he turned to our son.
"It might be scary bud. But if you want to, sure," said Steve. He turned back to me and said "Episkey" while pointing his wand at me.
Immediately my nose felt better. I hugged Steve, said thank you, and brushed past him to take a shower.
