The Fixer slams his phone down. 'We got problems. And you gotta sort it. The word is, Reuben Houston is no more. At the moment, the Americans don't know yet. My source says it was a fire at an MP's house. Not only that, but Morisot's been seen with the wife a few days ago. Somehow, don't fucking ask me how, but Morisot had something to do with it. Now, you can see our problem, can't you?'

The Hulk's frown turns into understanding. 'If the American mob find out...'

'Got it in one,' The Fixer snaps. He gets up out of his Capstan chair in his darkened warehouse and lumbers around his office desk to where The Hulk is sitting. 'If my source can figure it out, the mob won't take long to tie Houston to Morisot. And if they tie us to Morisot...' he runs a finger across his throat. 'I told you ages ago to give Houston the thumbs up on that gal. Obviously, it didn't penetrate in that thick useless skull of yours. Now we're in serious shit!'

'I thought...' The Hulk stammers.

'I don't pay you to think, asshole! The past has taught me that's not your best skill.' The Fixer's eyes snap to The Hulks bulging biceps. Then he eyeballs his employee and tells him, 'What I can't understand is how she found him in the first place. Sure, Reuben Houston can be found, but not many people know he's The Man from Mississippi and belongs to those fucked up Americans! And what's more, Morisot has discovered he's an assassin. Got to hand it to her, she's got balls to get mixed up with him and to get the upper hand. But, here's the rub. Someone's been helping that gal.'

The Hulk swallows nervously.

'If I find you had anything to do with this fucking mess, then I'll end you myself.'

'Hey, I'm always loyal to you. I don't know how she knew about him or any of this.'

'You better be telling me the truth. Anyway, your loyalty's on the line now. Get rid of that little bitch before she causes any more problems. I'll sort my end. If she's no more, the mob got no way of connecting Houston back to us.'
