First:
I couldn't possibly start any sort of Author's note without saying thank you to each and every one of you that have taken the time to read this story. The support I have gotten from you guys, (whether it has been through comments, votes or even just taking the time to read a part when it comes out) has meant so much to me. I can honestly say that I wouldn't have gotten this far without you all. And I know it's going to sound so cheesy, but I'm so so grateful for anyone who has given 'Young Gods' a chance. You're stars and I wish only the best for you all!

And second:
I've been trying for a while now to decide what to do with Young Gods. I've never really been amazing at keeping to schedules or sticking to a plan when it comes to this story and I think a lot of that stems from me having absolutely no plan when I started writing it. I've been, more or less, writing it chapter to chapter with almost no clue where I'm going to go with it next which is a terrible plan and I'm very much an idiot for doing it like that. Especially because I've reached a point where I look back at the story and wish I'd done a lot of things differently now that I have a semi-decent idea of where the story is going.

Which brings me to the point of this Author's note: I have written myself into a corner with this story. I genuinely don't know how to proceed from this point without it becoming boring or repetitive for you guys to read. And, on a more selfish level, I just don't have the desire to write the story as it is anymore. Having no plan and only writing when inspiration struck me has made me scared to write anymore because I don't want to dig myself further into a hole. The way I see it, there are two ways I can go from here. I can leave the story as it is and have the kiss be the end of the story or I can start again with a plan. What I want to know is what you guys want. Would you prefer the story to remain as is? Would you want to read a complete rewrite? You guys got me this far so I think your opinion is important. So please coment and let me know. I'm so sorry for this and I wouldn't blame you for being pissed.
