I know, I know. I said, "Next chapter coming soon!" and it's been about i don't know...2 weeks! I'm so sorry! i just made the volleyball travel team and it's been a lot! Then i have to bring my grades up too. I hope you understand.

Rin is taking me to lunch. Rin is taking me to lunch. OH MY ZOMBIE UNICORN RIN IS TAKING ME TO LUNCH!!! You internally screamed as Rin happily skipped down the hallway escorting you to lunch. You couldn't even see straight anymore as your mind overflowed with eternal happiness.

Your face smushed against the glass as you stared at the first class food behind it. "Rin! Rin! Can i get that?!" You jumped up and down excitedly pointing at the delicious looking lobster with lemon. "Sorry____, I don't got enough money..." he shrugged his shoulders. What a moment killer you thought.

Rin dragged you to a nearby hoagie shop full of $1 sandwiches. "But i can a afford this!" he pointed to the plastic wrapped sandwiches in a container. "Great..." You sighed.

You and Rin purchased your food and sat at a shady tree nearby. He gobbled up the 4 sandwiches that he bought as you sweatdropped at his never ending eating. You were alone...all alone, now was a perfect time to confess.

"Hey Rin, can I tell you something..." You asked quietly.

"Sure" he said in between mouthfuls of bread, cheese, and deli meat.

"But first, can you stop eating?...."

"It better be good if your gonna make me stop eating..."

You held your breath momentarily scared and nervous of what his reaction was going to be. "Listen Rin, I really like you and have for a long time. I was hoping that maybe you could consider us ...more than friends?...."

Rin was obviously surprised as bits of food fell out his gaping mouth when he abruptly stopped chewing. His face lit up then drooped suddenly, "____, i like you too, but, It just can't happen" he said sadly.

You turned your head so he wouldn't see the tears that almost fell out your eyes because of the painful rejection, "Why?"

"It's not you, your a really great girl, it's me. Your pretty, I'm ugly. I'm dumb, your smart. And I'm the son of Satan, a...a demon. You don't deserve someone like me, you deserve better. Yukio's over there, maybe you can ask him..."

Your eyes widened at Rin's words. Rin was surprised though when a small hand came and struck him across the face. He held his burning cheek and stared at you as tears streamed out your eyes and your hand drooped limply in front of you.

"RIN OKUMURA! DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT YOURSELF LIKE THAT! You're the most awesome guy I know, and Yukio can't compare to you! And I don't care that your the son of Satan. Your fucking perfect and you should know it! Don't let anyone tell you differently! " You screamed at him while your head hung low and you shook his shoulders vigorously.

"You really think so......?"

"I KNOW so."
