Lesley Vance, Harley's step sister, was preparing food when she heard some noise outside. She quickly went to the balcony and saw Harley waving goodbye to two leonin mages.
"Harley had already made some friends." Lesley smiled as she whispered to the wind.
When Harley entered their House, he instantly smelled Lesley's cooking.
"Sister, I'm Home!" He shouted to let his sister know.
"Welcome home Harley." Lesley said as she went down the stairs.
"Put your things down and take a bath. So we can talk about your first day while eating dinner." Lesley said as she went to the kitchen to finish her cooking.
"Okay!" Harley said as he put his things down.
After taking a bath, Harley immediately went to the dinning room, excited to eat his sister's delicious meals.
"These looks really good!" Harley said as he looked at the meals Lesley cooked.
"Now tell me what happened today. I'm excited to know who your new friends are." Lesley said as she put food on Harley's plate.
The both of them ate dinner while Harley told Lesley everything that happened at the academy. Especially his new friend, Harith.
"It seems that Harith is also a wonderful mage?" Lesley asked.
"Yes! and our teamwork is really great!" Harley continued to tell Lesley.
Lesley is Harley's step-sister. She got adopted by the Vance when she lost her father. She and Harley are very close.
When Harley left the Vance household to explore and learn more about the Land of Dawn, Lesley followed him. She protects him in the shadows, which kept Harley safe in his journey to the Magic Academy.
Lesley became a well known assassin. Because of this, she is allowed to live with Harley, even though only mages or students from the academy can live in the provided dorms.
Lesley became Harley's Sister, Guardian, and Protector.
After eating, Lesley tucked Harley to bed. Harley slept early for his academy tomorrow.
"Good night little brother." Lesley said as she kissed Harley in the forehead and closed his night lamp.

Chapters 1-5 are just Introduction Arc so they are quite short.
