My eyes flicked open, a thick scarlet pool surrounded me. Everything was circling, as finally I felt exasperating pain coursing throughout my wounded leg. Everything was blurry, it wasn't dark or anything, but completely blurry. A piercing sound rung I my ears, but eventually I could hear. I still couldn't see though, I ... I think I'm blind!
I sat up, trying to stand up, except I realized I didn't know where to go, and I couldn't feel my leg. I heard what sounded like the ambulance, and I got taken away, somewhere. I blanked out to were everything went black and I was asleep, or that's what I thought.
I opened my mouth, trying to speak, but nothing came out. I tried and tried but I knew I couldn't talk... "Miss, miss are you okay? Can you tell me what your name is?", a voice called out. I didn't know where he was, "Miss are you okay? Please talk to me," it mumbled, but all I could do was shake my head. I can't write anything down since I knew I couldn't see, but mate it was only temporary...
Before any of this, I knew I could see. I knew that I could, and I knew were that voice was coming from, and I knew who it was. I opened my mouth and finally something came out, "My name is Dylan. I ... I think I know who who you a-are... Your n-name is-is Luke ... right?" She muttered reaching her hand out to feel something. I felt a hand touch mine, and bring it to another face.
"Your right, Dylan. It's me, it's always been me..."
