Chapter 52: In The Rain

(Y/N) POV

[I stepped out of the car as the heavy rain fell]

Man, it's raining cats and dogs I swear. Where's my baby!

[I quickly opened the door]

I'm back! Shouya? My lovely smart child where are you!

[I looked around and noticed a letter]

Oh so he's at the Bakugou's. I'll go get him.

....

[I got my car keys and walked outside and got in my car]

How dare Bakugou steal my son.

[I turned the engine on and drove and noticed someone on the ground passed out. I quickly stopped the car realizing who it was and stepped out running without my umbrella]

Shoto! Are you alright?

[I touched his forehead]

He's burning up!

[I picked him up struggling a little putting his shoulder over mine dragging him when I slipped falling face first on the concrete]

Ouch...

[I got up again successfully putting him in the car]

Hang in there.

"Yaoyorozu.."

I'm not her do you need something?

[I turned to see and noticed him resting his head on the window]

He's asleep mumbling his fiancé's name..

"Yaoyorozu, I'm sorry.. I can't go through with this.. Things have changed."

What's he talking about?

Shoto are you okay?

"(Y/N), she's... She had my.."

What?

[Shoto continued to mumble nonsense]

Continue resting I'm taking you to the hospital.

..........

Location: Hospital

Is he alright?

[I asked the nurse]

"He seems to have a fever."

I found him unconscious in the rain.

"He should regain conscience soon."

Thanks.

[I sat down looking at Shoto]

I remember the last time we where here like this. It's where I told you I was pregnant.. well you weren't conscious but at least I sorta told you.

[I smiled sadly standing up taking my phone out]

Sigh, why me..

[I dialed a number and called]

"Hello (Y/N)?"

Your fiancé is in the hospital. I found him unconscious in the street.

"Thank you so much for telling me! I'll be right there!"

[She hung up the phone as I turned glancing at Shoto]

I called your fiancé now keep getting rest.
