[She sobbed quietly opening the locket]

My Shoto, I'm sorry I was such a coward and I couldn't tell you.

[The sobbed his name over and over]

No you're no longer mine.

[She repeated his name sobbing asking for forgiveness]

[The sight made Shouya tear up turning around walking to his bed]

Mommy it hurts to see you cry.

Why was mommy crying while staring at that locket...

Why was she repeating Shoto the hero's name?

What does mommy have to do with him?

[That night Shouya couldn't get the fact that his mother was crying holding that locket]

I'm gonna see what's in that locket mommy wears around her neck.

She takes it off when she's taking a shower so I'll be able to see.

Maybe it has to do with Shoto the hero.

[She spoke over the phone]

"I'm saying that you need to marry Shoto as soon as possible!"

We already agreed on a date to marry! He's not gonna change his mind.

"He might cancel the engagement all together if you don't get married soon."

"Isn't that woman from five years ago back!"
