Chapter 3

I woke up early the next morning and went to make breakfast. So I made cinnamon rolls with bacon and sausage. As well as started coffee for keishin and Haru.
"Ooooooo big sis made breakfast!!!" Noya yells coming into the kitchen.
"Shsh. Noya you know better than to wake up Haru." I say smirking at him.
"He woke me up already. Please tell me you have coffee." Haru says.
"Yes it should be done now. Noya you know where the juice and drinks are in the garage take tanaka and suga with you." I say frosting the rolls.
"Hey babe." Keishin says kissing my cheek.
"Good morning. How did you sleep?" I say turning to face him.
"Pretty great. Hows my babies." He says rubbing my stomach.
"I feel like I have to puke." I say being honest.
"Then why did you make breakfast I am sure the guys could have found something to eat."
"Cause they are guest in my house. I can make the breakfast. Plus their my team now too." I kiss him and he wraps his arms around me to deepen the kiss.
"Hey Suga want to go practice in our volleyball court down stairs." Haru says. Then i heard Kageyama and Hinata run into the room.
"Did you say volleyball court?" They says and i laugh.
"Eat. Then i will take you down there." I say smiling. I tried to eat something but it made me have to throw up.
"I will be right back." I say running to my bathroom and started to throw up.
Then I felt someone hold back my hair.
"You dont have to do this alone. I am here." Keishin says as I throw up again.
"Its just motion sickness. I swear I am fine."
"I put a baby inside of you. The least I can do is hold back your hair why you throw up."
"I love you. You are perfect." I say as I throw up again.
"I love the both of you." He says kissing the topic of my head.
I get up and change and he comes uo to me and kisses me putting his hand on my stomach.
"How far along do you think you are?" He asked.
"I think dont know at least 6 weeks with the morning sickness and all." I say thinking back to it. Since I missed my time of the month for 2 months now.
"Meaning we should find a doctor and have a doctors appointment soon."
"Calm down okay. I am going to be fine. Plus you can run practice in the basement today. And i will watch." I say kissing his cheek.
"Big sis I need your help. I have this interview coming up that Tadeka got me and i need to go shopping. I will buy you whatever you want." Haru says and I roll my eyes.
"Okay okay. I am coming. Hey tell the guys they can stay the weekend. We have the pool, volleyball courts, quiet rooms to study. Plus have them help move your stuff in." I say kissing Ukai and leaving.
We went to the mall and started shopping.

"You took me shopping to get an outfit you already have."
"Excuse me you got the outfit from when you and Keishin first met that summer."
"And i met the love of my life so shut up." I say smiling at him.
"And interviewing in an outfit you own is bad luck not all of us inherited a family business." Haru says and we go get food cause I am starving.
Meanwhile with Keishin.
"So how do you want to propose?" Mira says and the boys gathered around
"Was hopping you had an idea?" I say to them.
"Her favorite flower is a white rose." Suga says.
"Wait where did you guys meet?" Tanaka says.
"You guys know the small park with the pond. We met there one summer when her best friend bumped her into me and I fell in love with her."
"Its perfect you stand in the spot you two met. We will be handing her white roses and you pop the question." Noya says
"Its perfect not to romantic for the volley girl. And just the right amount for the love of your life."
"Okay we need to go if we are going to get to the park. With the roses." Suga says and we went to get ready. I was wearing my old jacket.
I took a deep breathe.
"Hey uh I sent Tsukishima and Yamaguchi to move some of your stuff to the house. I already called your mom to let her know and she is meeting them in the shop." Mira sqtw
"Oh by the way boys Lana wanted me to tell you that all of you are welcome to stay all weekend use the volleyball court to practice. Use the pool. Or even use the quiet rooms to study." I say looking at the four.
"Yeah Mira here is a straight A student. And so was Haru and Lana." Noya says grabbing a rose.
"Your mom said she will take the stuff over to your house. She sent us back. I gave her the key you gave us Mira." Yamaguchi says.
"Well lets get ready Haru says they are on their way."
Lanas pov.
"Why didnt you let me put my old outfit back on?" I asked as we walked up to the park where me and him first met.
"How about a stroll through the park?" Haru says and I look at him.
Then I see Suga and Daichi holding out white roses. And i smile at them. Then we came up to mira and Noya. Then Asahi. Then I see Hinata. Then Kageyama. Then Tsukki. The yams. I keep walking and the rest of the team giving me roses. Then I saw Keishin in the same spot I met him.
"Wow you look like...." I say looking at him.
"How we first met?" He says laughing.
"I mean this isnt like it at all you see i have already fallen for you." I say smiling at him.
"The first time I laid my eyes on you i knew I was in love with you. I love with your eyes. Your smile. Even your cute little awkward laugh. I know you have an idea what I am going to say but please think about it. I have been in love with you for 11 years. Yes we were separated for 4 years. But if we had those 4 years back I think I would have proposed to you 3 years and 8 months ago. I love you so much. I love us. I love the fact we are having baby. And with the volleyball team we are one happy family. To make up for your grandpa who took you away from me. And to be there for you since your mom and dad cant. So let me ask you, Lana Suzuki will you marry me and become Lana Ukai?" He says on one knee. I was crying from his speech and more when i saw my mom engagement ring.
"Yes. Oh Keishin I would love to marry you." I say handing my brother who was behind me my roses and hug him as he pulls me in for a kiss.
"YAY!!!!! WE CAN GO PARTY. MAYBE LANA WILL MAKE US SOME DINNER."Hinata yells.
"Actually I am cooking tonight. Cooking is my passion other than teaching history." Haru says smiling.
"Hey did you ever tell your team you cant play??" Mira says.
"Yeah i called my coach yesterday. In between telling his parents and grandpa. She wasn't too happy her star player is retiring." I say and they all stare at me.
"What you can't."
"I can because i am going to be coaching you guys, coaching with old man Ukai, and eventually our little one." I say putting my hand on my belly.
"Plus if she really wants to play i am sure Makotos team will love to have you even if you are a girl."
"Oh i know he will want to know why?" I say going over to Keishin and whisper in his ear.
"Yes tell me."
"Well only because you are my fiance. I saw him and Yosuke kissing after they got a little drunk for my birthday 2 years ago." I say laughing he looks at me with shock.
"Come on lets go home."
"Good cause I have a number to call for a doctor appointment. Boys i want you spend at least an hour studying before you play volleyball." I say.
"We havent seen everything your court does yet." Kageyama says.
"So you haven't seen that it say how fast your spike is." I say laughing.
"Wait what!!!!" Hinata says.
"To bad i locked it before we left." Keishin say.
"So you going to tell me how you got my moms old engagement ring?" I ask him as we walked home.
"Your brother had it." He says grabbing my hand.
The boys study so they can use the court. Haru is cooking dinner. Mira is helping Tanaka and Noya study. And me and Keishin were in the volleyball court thinking of what the team needs to work on. Oh after I called to make an appointment.
"Lets get married before the baby comes."
"Keishin. We would have to plan a whole wedding in less than 8 months." I say.
"Its not impossible. Come on I want you to be a Ukai. Like me and our baby." He kisses me.
"Fine. We will plan a wedding. But first while everyone is at school me and you have a doctors appointment." I say
"First time we will see our baby. How precious."
"And then we can go get breakfast before going to practice."
"But babe you forgot about morning practice." He says kissing my neck.
"Well the boys will understand. Give them the morning off. Please this is something special."
"Only if we go and do one thing for our wedding tomorrow." He says. We walk over to the couch and he puts his hand on my belly.
"Hey babe. I am kinda in the mood for some rocky road ice cream can you get me some."
"Haha but babe you hate rocky road cause of the marshmellow." He say laughing.
"But I really want some." I say pouting.
"I will go get some right now." He says kissing me.
"Thanks love you." I say laughing and Haru walks in
"There is my big sis. The boys are done studying and is getting ready to come to practice."
"Okay they can come in." I say getting the system running.
"Wow!!" Hinata says looking at the now activated system.
"You haven't seen wow yet. Kageyama do the quick." They nod at me.
They do it and it it read their attack.
"Approximately 75 mph." it read.
"Suga set for me I want to do it too!!!" Tanaka says.
"I got your ice cream." Ukai says in my ear and i smile at him.
"Thanks babe." I say kissing him.
"Nope no ice cream until you eat dinner." Haru says but I look at him with disappointment.
"I can eat ice cream if i want to. I am older." I say going over to the down stairs tiny kitchen.
And i grabbed a spoon. And I ate a little.
"This is nasty." I say looking at him with a sad face.
"That is why I bought this " he says lifting up cookie dough.
"I love you I love you i love you!!!!!!" I say hugging him.
"I know I'm the best." He says kissing my lips and putting a hand on my belly.
"You boys will be fine alone right?" I asked and they laughed but eventually nodded.
So i grabbed Keishins hand. That night was prefect with food and the guys.
Monday doctors appointment
We waited and when they had us go back i started to get really nervous.
The doctor put the gel on my belly my fiance grabbed my hand..
"Well it looks like your baby is around 11 weeks. Meaning you will start to show soon. " the doctor says but i wasn't really paying attention to her but looking at my baby.
"Lana look at them." Keishin says looking at our baby.
"Do you guys want the pictures?" We both nod as fast as we can.
After that we went to show his mom.
"Okay so the wedding can be the week we get back from summer camp." He says
"That sounds great. You know that last summer camp I will be staying at my summer house right. I will be huge by then."
"You are going to be adorable. Cant wait to see that baby bump."
"Blah blah blah." I say kissing him.
"Get in here you love birds." His mom says.
"Good morning mom." He says laughing.
"Now Lana are you going to start calling me mom too. You have always been family."
"Of course I would love to call you mom." I say hugging her.
"Now Keishin said you guys had a doctors appointment let me see my grandbaby." She says getting excited.
I took out the ultrasound and showed her.
"So cute!!!!!!" She yells.
Then someone ran in.
"Let us see the ring!!!!!!" Makoto yelled and I started to laugh.
"Makoto calm down they are having a moment with momma Ukai." Yūsuke says.
"Plus I rather see my neice or nephew." Haru says.
"Will you boys calm down we haven't told my mom about the engagement yet." Keishin says and his mom lets out a scream.
"Let me see the ring."
"It was our moms" I say showing her.
"Mom gave it to me to give to Keishin while you were saying bye to dad. I never told you cause well our grandfather was a jerk." Haru says and everyone got quiet.
"Your mom wanted this to happen you two to be happy together." Then we heard the store doors open.
"We went to 4 different spots trying to find you is it true you quit the team." My best friend since high school said. I haven't told her anything about me and Keishin being back together. Her name is Iris. And she is a middle blocker. Standing next to her was our setter from high school and one of my closest friends her name is Tina. Oh fun fact about Tina is that she is madly in love with Makoto.

"Iris i thought you would be more shocked she is standing holding hands with Keishin Ukai."
"I honestly didnt recognize it was him." Iris says rubbing the back of her head.
"Wow Iris and Tina you guys grew up." Yūsuke says flirting with the girls.
"And you haven't matured at all. Now tell me why you arent playing anymore." Iris says and I hand her the ultrasound with my engagement ring hand.
"You two are having a baby!!!!" Tina says
"And your engaged I didnt even know you were together." Iris says looking at the ultrasound with tears.
"Yeah its been wild." I say scratching my head.
"But why arent you coming back after you have the baby?" Tina asked.
"Cause I am coaching with Keishin a group of really talented boys." When I say that the guys start to nod.
"I want to see them play."
"Haru what history trip do you have planned."
"Oh it got canceled so I was going to go watch Miras performance."
"Why not tell Ian and Liz to close up for the week and you all take a trip together. I mean Lizs sister is in the same choir as Mira right." I say and i think Keishin caught on.
"Then you guys can come watch the last match of the first day and see how our boys do."
Then I look at him.
"Lets just hope Kageyama and Hinata dont fight." We both take a deep breath and laugh.
"I would be more worried about Tanaka and Noya around the girls." We all laugh and got ready for training camps. And i completely forgot the year i helped train Nekoma.
