Part 12

Percy's POV

After the dress fitting we went to a shoe shop. We picked out shoes that matched the dresses. Maria was very serious when she said I had to get high heels. She was letting me wear flats for the party but for the ceremony I had to wear heels.

After we were done there our next stop was a makeup store. I hated every minute we were in there. The other girls loved it. Maria even bought makeup for them as well. I hated that more than the dresses.

Lastly we made our way to the hair salon so we could pick up products. Maria also made me get a haircut because of my "Split ends" whatever that means.

Finally we made our way to the ice cream place. I of course got a three scoop blue raspberry. Cassie got cookie dough. Barbra got strawberry. Artemis got vanilla. Magan got chocolate. Lastly Tula got cookies and cream.

The five of them left while Maria and I made our way to the Place for crown sizing. Orin and Orm were waiting for us at the front of the Place.

"How are you ladies?" Orm asked.

"Good," I replied.

"The dresses and shoes came in. We had Wynde put them in your room. We felt you would be most comfortable with him in there then someone else," Orin told me.

"Thank you," I said.

"How about we get started?" Maria asked. We all agreed and made or was to the treasury. I'm not going to go into boring detail about it but basically they took mearse of my head then made me try on like 100 different crowns, tiras, and diadems.

After all that was said and done I went home. I checked my phone and saw Kal had told me that I was to meet them at the cave at 7 in the morning on Saturday to go over everything with the team. I texted him back then finally went to sleep.
