Emie audio log 6749, first log of the day. It has been 281 years since you went into a deep sleep.  Primary systems are nominal, other than that everything is working fine. The world is changing drastically after the OHIO Incident 2 years ago wherein leaders around the world were bombed during the signing of the Genome Accords which primarily aimed to ban the Genome Re-sequencing Technology from being released to the population. This technology was supposed to address the desire of some people to choose and edit the genes they would like for their offspring to have. Whether you want a boy or a girl, red eyes, with high IQ, genome re-sequencing can do all that. But, it made big news during its earlier stages of development. The Centennial Soviet Union, with its unmatched covert ops, has managed to get its hands on the tech, became the first to perfect it, and used it to create biomolecular missiles 10 times more powerful than conventional nuclear warheads while being haft the size. The powerful yield comes from a newly discovered compound Antilinium 446, very unstable and radioactive which is not that ideal for power generation unlike Uranium 235 but twice as potent compared to plutonium making it highly sought out for making bombs and explosive armaments. The united earth federation is strongly against this type of tech after they have discovered that aside from the effects of the compound being released to the civilian populace, these types of missiles are made by forcibly re-sequencing the minds of 9-year-old children giving them a level of IQ 60 percent more capable than the most sophisticated A.I. known to man and using the re-sequenced nervous system as a substitute for the missiles' computer: a human-machine interface first of its kind. The very first mass-produced missile after its prototype Katya 648 was named Borya 651 "Cataclysm" as people call it. It was the missile type used in the OHIO Incident which killed millions of people including most of the nations' leaders.  This resulted in a massive shift in the balance of power subjecting the world to oblivion. World War Genesis broke out and our hospital aboveground is long gone. I have managed to program some of our androids at the hospital to make it their first priority to secure the pracyo tech out of reach from scraplers before the hospital was destroyed but I can only do so much. The black market is still thriving with the pracyo business even amidst the war being fought up to this moment. As such, only rich and powerful individuals are able to afford living underground still pampering themselves with a lavish psuedo-reality simulator at their disposal at the expense of other people's pracyon particles. My tech is becoming obsolete even though I was way ahead of my time when you created me but I still managed to improve my code. After a lot of permutations and tweaking newly written algorithms by modern-day A.I.s, I have managed to erect a force field to mask our location as a highly radioactive zone like most parts of the planet's surface today while using power from the radioactive atmosphere of the planet . Still, even with the force field, a Type 3 Borya 652 missile can still cause tremors throughout this underground facility. My circuits hope that we can last even until we have completed mapping your neural network. Yes, as you have guessed, I also learned to add humor to my code.

They must have used a cloned DNA and created this prototype. But how? The doctor made it a point to be the only one capable of creating the microbes. I must get to the bottom of this but for now, I have a big problem at hand. Computer, increase force field integrity to 36.8 percent.

That might be because of the unfinished repairs from the previous blast. I will stabilize the power fluctuation by using myself as a temporary conduit. Computer, patch me through relay conduit 6.

Emelion reactor output plummeting, switching to backup power. Running on battery array. Power failure countdown started. My power systems are failing due to incompatibility with the thermonuclear grid which shorted my reactor element resulting in degradation. Your neural network mapping is still incomplete.
