Well my dear, worrying about the damage that has already been done at this point is baseless, don't hate yourself says Yahweh, And do not say to yourself ~~Ive already gone too far, theres no need going back now~~

Psalms 37:8  Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.  
Yes, do not turn back for there is hope for you!

Ezekiel 16:43  Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast fretted me in all these things; behold, therefore I also will recompense thy way upon thine head, saith the Lord GOD: and thou shalt not commit this lewdness above all thine abominations.

Wow, such incredible mercy! Now that we know that we have Gods support lets figure out the next step to take on our quest to break free from Pressure!

STARTING OVER~ Closing the gates!
I wanna show you a few ways to close those seven gates.
First you need to realise that you're not the worse person in the world, Akuna matata, sisi ne sawa! We only have differences but we're all still humans, There are those who have murdered multiple times and walked away, ended up as instruments of God, my point is, you should stop caring and giving a hoot about peoples remarks and just take that leap of faith, we've all made mistakes
The book of romans says;
.....For all have sinned and fallen short of Gods Glory...
Jesus has a question for those that condemn you,  "let him who is without sin cast the first stone"
What I need you to know is that the key to living a pressure free life is not far from what you're about to read!
Keys to living a Pressure free life~
The keys to living the real life are these pretty basic things everybody knows,
The Key Of Conviction~
The fact, my dear neighbours; is that the word conviction ain't just for believers and christians alone,(although i am driving at that fact) neh, its for everyone, it talks about convincing oneself of what one wants their reality to be!
Don't get excited just yet, the there are so many realities in this life, but only one Established! And others that have strived are circulated and situated inside this known fact; the Fact that Jesus is  the way, truth and The life,  life without him is strife!
So you need to be convicted that you need his help, because only he can help you. After that is successfully acomplished you need the second key,  which is...
The Key Of Repentance~
Now once you've convinced yourself that you never wanna live under the slavery of pressure and its friends,  you need to repent of your wrongs, now repentance is a formal thing, but what makes it effective is the involvement of Christ! You don't just repent with your mouth and sit down vacant, no no no, if you do that Pressure will come back with a few demons for a house warming party, because repentance is a purifying process that cleanses all the dirt and breaks off all those gates and clears out the pieces, serves pressure a quit notice and evicts his friends from your life, which is a temple!! But to whom the temple belongs is what determines your freedom!
The Key Of Acceptance and Action~
The last key to freedom is your exit from pressure, but an exit into what?(ooops, I sense a problem)
When you chase pigs out of your house and clean it up, its not wise to let them back in...
My point is, You've just survived hell, and the one who gave you heaven and peace is standing outside your door asking permission to come in, I advice that you accept Jesus into your house and he will make it a home forever!
After this is done, you need to take action to secure your new found life,  how?
See that big boring book you always ignored? No not the history book,  Yes the Bible!... Try reading it sometimes and you'll soon discover that it ain't boring afterall!
Next you gotta make friends with Jesus, call him up sometime late at night, start a dialog, Talk to him in your quiet time,  tell him everything you've been through lately, and what you expect from the future! He hears you and he can make it happen!
Next you gotta learn to see all he's done and is doing, and be grateful for it, you need to thank him for everyday he's allowed you enjoy!
Now the last action....You have occupied your life with his awesomeness and love...in learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn more, so therefore....
