Toriel was walking up to where the king was on the balcony, you couldn't see much but what you could see was basically a giant goat in dark armor. She was holding something though but you couldn't see it. You felt nervous and timid, Chara looked over at you and touched your shoulder.
Chara: Hey is everything OK?
Y/N: Ye-yeah it's just that I'm not used to this. The whole monster thing is still racking my head.
Chara looked at you with serious eyes.
Chara: If you need to go you can go.
Y/N: Thanks but I'm going to wait here for awhile with you and Asriel.
Chara: OK but if you need to go you go.
The stress was getting to you, you don't know what's going to happen to you, so you start to think about everything that might happen. You look all around the castle interior and see that there are guards everywhere, you feel sick and trapped. You touch Chara on the shoulder and ask her to use a shortcut to get out of here since that's the only way without dying. Chara doesn't know why you want to use a shortcut but she goes along with it. You and Chara are now walking together to get to a corner to do a shortcut. You almost made it to a corner but then a spear comes flying down right at your feet. You panic having no clue where it came from, you look back up at the balcony to see that Alphys is missing but the whole crowd is looking at you and Chara.
Y/N: Chara we need to run. NOW!
Chara: I know calm down!
You and Chara make a dash for the exit it but a couple of guards have blocked your path, a fireball comes out of nowhere and blows the guards away. You look behind you to see that Asriel is running toward you and Chara, he is the one that threw the fireball, the three of you make a break for the exit. You mange to escape but not for along. You see nothing in front of you, you look back then forward again and there's 7 spears blocking your path. You start to hear laughter coming from off in the distance.
???: HAHAHAHA!!!! You think you can escape that easily? You must be idiots!!
Chara: Show yourself *has her knives around her*
Asriel and Chara get in front of you, both holding out there weapons. They didn't know where the laughter was coming from. You looked from then saw three spears fly toward you, all of them barely hitting your arm, thigh, and neck. You had a cut along your arm. Chara saw you and your cut she was enraged she did a giant attack having knives go all around the three of you. Asriel help with the attack with fireballs also going everywhere around the three of you. You heard more laughter then see a tail slip through the darkness, it was yellow and had a dark line going up the middle of it, you could also see that some of the tail was gone too.
Chara: There Asriel!
Asriel and Chara both threw a fireball and a knife in the blackness of the night but only to hear it bounce off something metal. The fireball went up in flames and you could see the beast. It was Toriel surrounded by fire she looked at the three of you with two spears in hand and smiled.
Toriel: My child why must you do this?
She isn't looking your way or even Charas way she's looking at Asriel and she doesn't look angry but disappointed.
Asriel: Mom, no please let this slide
Toriel: No my child there is no letting it slide you're protecting that thing why must you do this.
You can see the fire light in her eyes
Asriel: because I want to and you can't stop me. (He has tears flowing)
Toriel: You won't like this my child.
