"X wing squadron, come in please."

WILLOW DAMERON turned on her radio instantly, hearing Jaina's voice through her radio.

"I can hear you loud and clear Jaina," Willow spoke into the radio as she dodged another explosion from a tie fighter. Poe dameron raced in front of her, "What's up?"

"There's been an incident at the snowy cliffs near Starkiller Base," Jaina began, "Someone's deadly wounded and isn't doing so well. We need you to escort the team back to the Base, medical is already on the lookout. Kylo has disappeared, no sign of where he is."

"Finn..." Willow's voice dropped when she heard the news that someone had been hurt. She began to get overwhelmed, trying to hold in the tears when she heard the news.

"Can you do it?" Jaina asked Willow. Willow instantly snapped out of her thoughts, shaking off the tears. Willow turned her steering sticks to the director of the cliffs, flying away from her brother.

"Yeah, I can." Willow shut off her radio before Jaina could respond. The tears continued to ruh down Willow's face. She raced through the planet surrounding Starkiller Base, the snow patches rising as more snow fell from the sky.

Ophelia was still laying on Anakin's lap, eyes still closed as the blood on her face started to dry up. Finn and Rey assisted Anakin in tending Ophelia, who had lost ounces of blood after Kylo sliced her side after doing an uppercut with his lightsaber, was still bleeding where she was wounded the most.

"Let me take this really quick," Finn's comm beeped in his pocket, signaling another message was coming in, "What's up, Jaina?"

"We're sending an X wing pilot your way," Jaina responded, "How's Ophelia? Is my brother okay?"

"Yeah, your brother is alright," Finn nodded as he looked at Anakin, who still had his girlfriend in his arms, "Ophelia... not so good."

"Help is almost there," Jaina nodded, "Stay in there, everyone. We're gonna help escort your four home."

The medical team began preparing the stretcher bed, surgery room, and recovery room for Ophelia. Due to Ophelia's injury, surgery was necessary to save Ophelia from infections and other injuries if she wanted to live.

"Stay with me, baby," Anakin rocked Ophelia back and forth in his arms gently, "Help is on the way, just pull through baby."

Willow slowly began to dive down towards the cliff, seeing the patches of the snow. The headlights of the X wing helped Willow land easier without causing any attention.

Once the plane descended onto the snow, Willow shut off the engines of the X wing, lifting the canvas from over her head. Her bangs fell over her eyebrows once the helmet was pulled off, Willow immediately jumping out of the X wing.

The bottom of Willow's aviator boots crunched up against the snow patches. The flashlight turned on, a bright light reflecting against the trees.

"Hello? Anyone?" Willow shouted out, her voice echoing through the forest. The silence was haunting as Willow continued to walk through the forest, thinking something will jump at her.

"Anyone out there...?" Willow asked again as she pointed the flashlight at the ground, seeing blood stains. Seeing blood gave Willow a sense that shit did indeed go down, and it wasn't too good.

Willow shook it off, continuing to walk in the direction of where the blood was leading to. Aiming the light ahead of her again, she saw four bodies in front of her.

"Ophelia, Anakin, Rey..." Willow began to get choked up as she saw everyone turn their heads when she said their names, "Finn?"

"Wills," Finn said Willow's nickname as he got off the ground, running over to his girlfriend, "Oh my gosh!"

Finn lifted Willow off of the ground, Willow and Finn beginning to cry immediately. Willow wrapped her legs around Finn's waist, sobbing into his jacket.

"Willow!" Rey cheered out, running over to hug Willow once Finn put her down. The three got into a group hug, holding back the tears once they were all back together again.

The millennium falcon ramp slowly opened once the ship landed, Anakin being the first one to run in with Ophelia in his arms. Willow climbed back into her X wing, Rey and Finn being the last ones to run into the falcon.

"Set her on this bed," Rey directed Anakin over to a bed, slowly placing Ophelia down on the mattress carefully, "One of you check for a pulse."

Finn rested his index finger and middle finger against Ophelia's neck, trying to feel for a pulse. Rey walked over to the main flying room of the falcon as Anakin stayed with Ophelia.

"There's a pulse," Anakin sighed out of relief when he heard there is indeed a pulse, signaling that his girlfriend could possibly be alive, "Let's go home."

Once the X wing squadron landed back at the base, Anakin ran down the ramp and saw medical personnel with a stretcher outside of the falcon. Anakin carefully set Ophelia on the bed, medical personnel checking for a heartbeat.

"We've got a heartbeat," A female doctor spoke, "Let's get her to surgery, this is going to take a while."

Anakin began to get teary eyed, trying to hold in the tears as he watched the medical personnel roll away a stretcher with his girlfriend's unconscious body on the bed. Looking up, he saw his older brother and sister running in his direction.

"Jaina, Jacen!" Anakin ran in his siblings' direction, bursting into tears once he wrapped both of them in a hug. The siblings began to cry tears of joy because they reunited, and tears of sadness because their father passed.

"I'm so glad you're okay," Jacen scratched his knuckles against his brother's hair playfully, holding back tears, "Look at us, we're together again."

"Now... let's go get Luke Skywalker."

that's officially the end of the story!! will ophelia live, will she die during the surgery? well, you're gonna find out soon because i have some news... there will be another story!! the next story is set to take place during the last jedi, and there will be some more character introductions!!
