Garu's POV
I was back at my home resting on my futon but I felt like I was forgetting something. I quickly got up and looked around frantically. I stood up and ran out my door jumping on one bamboo tree at a time to find my way back at Tobe's house. As soon as I arrived I heard ten wailing cries from inside. It was dark so I couldn't see anything. I could make out an open window in the darkness so I snuck through. My foot got stuck on something so I tripped on my way in and fell on someone. He grunted and sat up. I knew exactly who it was. I lift my hea an look into Tobe's eyes. I nervously chuckle an he backs up until he hits the back wall. He spoke but kept his voice own to make sure the ninja's didn't come in
"Wh-what're you d-doing back here!? W-we made a truce!" He whisper yelled at me. I shrugged and sat at the end of his be. He pulled the blanket up more towards himself and I looked at him confused. I shrugged and went to go get my sword. He watched me pick my sword up and stand up straight. I turn back around and softly smile at him. His slightly purple skin showed more and I realised he wasn't wearing a shirt. I blushed softly and cleared my throat walking towards the window. I climb out after waving goodbye to him. After a few minutes, I arrive at my home, change my clothes, feed Mio, brush my teeth and went to bed. Mio purred and fell asleep beside me. I close my eyes but it drifts to Tobe. I groan softly and try to think of nothing. It works for a while and it gave me time to fall asleep properly. All I hear now are gentle purrs. My mind drifts back to Tobe. 'He took me back to his place..to rest...was it a plan? Was it the right thing for me to call truce?' My thoughts fought for a moment but settled down and I drifted into a deep sleep.
Tobe's POV
My face was flushed with a bright red as I hid under my blanket. 'I knew I should've slept with my shirt on.. but it was too hot! Ugh!' I groan and close my eyes trying to forget the situation. I soon drifted away into my sleep after hearing all the ninja's quiet down and fall asleep. 'They're really upset at not going to fight Garu anymore.. I don't care. He called truce first..' I stay asleep for the rest of the night hearing the crickets and the sound of nature around me.
